The most important thing, is to be sure that both blue LEDs must flash quickly, one on the center speaker, one on the subwoofer. If just one of these LEDs does not flash quickly, pairing cannot take place. If it is difficult to make one of the LEDs change to quick flash, it may be that the button is held too long, or not pressed in the right angle. Try again with a short, firm press less then a second.
