Free 2nd day air shipping offer is applicable only on orders including portable speakers and headphones over $25.00 (taxes excluded, not applicable on refurbished products). Offer is valid only in the 48 contiguous states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). No coupon required. “Free 2nd Day Air” shipping method must be selected at checkout. No adjustments on previous purchases. Shipments are subject to UPS on time performance and availability. Extra processing time may apply. Orders over 150 lbs do not qualify for 2nd day air shipping.

Free shipping offer is limited to standard ground shipping and is valid only in the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Sorry, free ground shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. Shipments are subject to UPS on time performance and availability.

 

General Shipping Information:

When can I expect my package to arrive?

1) If order contains Preorder/Backorder & in stock items, in stock items will ship first & Preorder/Backorder items will ship when available. 

2) To know when your in-stock package will arrive, visit the Product page and look under the "Add to Cart" button OR during checkout at the "Shipping step”, where we clearly mention by when you will receive your package. The message calculates the delivery date based on your "zip code” (you can edit it if the default is incorrect) and upcoming warehouse holidays as well as the default carrier shipping method applicable at the time of placing the order (which is usually Free UPS Ground shipping).
