How it works
  1. Look for products on our site with the “personalize”  button.
  2. Create your unique JBL product with our innovative personalization tool.
  3. You can upload pictures, select pre-made designs, edit text or design your own theme!
  4. Review your design and place your order!
  5. Your personalized JBL product will arrive in 10-14 business days.

I received an email telling me that my Personalized order had been cancelled due to an image violation. Why did this happen?
We use a sophisticated vetting process to ensure that your image does not contain copyrighted, protected, sexual, suggestive, offensive or inappropriate elements. This includes words and messages. If these algorithms are triggered, your order is automatically cancelled. Please try again with a different image or wording.
Does JBL’s 30-day returns policy apply to Personalized Products?
JBL Personalized Products are custom-printed to your individual specification and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
Warranty: Personalized Products
Yes, we stand 100% behind the quality and performance of our products. If you encounter a problem with a Personalized Product, please contact our Customer Support team so that we can verify the issue and warranty coverage.
Can I change the shipping address for a Personalized Product order?
We can help you try to correct typos and other minor errors up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. Please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

Other than minor corrections, we cannot change the shipping address.

IMPORTANT: Once the order has shipped, we cannot make corrections.
There was a printing error with my Personalized Product. How can I get it re-printed?
If you suspect a printing error, please contact our Customer Support team. We will ask you take a photo of your Personalized Product. Then we can compare this to the confirmed order image. If the issue is verified, we will provide further instructions to have your Personalized Product re-printed.
Can I cancel my order for a Personalized Product?
JBL Personalized Products are custom-printed to your individual specifications. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are finalized on our website.
