The JBL Quantum TWS an JBL Quantum TWS Air supports two types of wireless connection at the same time. It's compatible with any Bluetooth compatible devices while the USB wireless dongle enables compatibility with PC/Mac, PS4/5, Nintendo SwitchTM, TV and iPads and AndroidTM devices with USB-Connection (Note: Type-C supports PS5 while type-A is compatible with all PlayStationTM model).

Can I use the Game-Chat balance dial on my headset with all connections?The Game-Chat balance dial only works when your headset is powered on. Please note that it supports connection with a USB Type A to C cable and a wireless transmitter dongle, but doesn’t support connection through a 3.5mm cable or Bluetooth for mobile games.

How to avoid WiFi interference for your headphone
You might have to add a USB extension dock to get the JBL Quantum 350/600/800/810 dongle as close to the headset, or place the common sources of interference (e.g. routers, Wi-Fi speakers etc.) as far from the JBL Quantum 350/600/800/810 dongle.

Xbox InformationAll JBL Quantum headset models work only through 3.5mm audio jack (aux) connected to the Xbox controller. You cannot connect to any Xbox Series console via Bluetooth.
Please note: JBL QuantumENGINE is only available on PC.

All JBL Quantum headset models work through 3.5mm audio jack (aux) connected to the PlayStation controller. USB models will also work on PlayStation. In addition, the wireless models works wirelessly when connected to the 2.4GHz USB dongle.

Thank you for your feedback!How to Prevent Auto Power Off on PCIf you are experiencing issues with the speakers turning off automatically while in use, try the following to resolve the issue (PC only):- Enter 'Device Manger' in the Windows search bar (the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of the taskbar in Windows 10), it should now appear in the search results under Control Panel.
- In the Device Manger list, navigate to your Universal Serial Bus Controllers, then select the 'USB Root Hub' device, right click it and select Properties.
- In the 'USB Root Hub' Properties select 'Power Management' from the options at the top, now turn off the setting 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power'.

The volume level on my headphones is very quietIf your volume level is quiet, make sure that the TalkThru is not activated on your headphones. In order to deactivate or activate TalkThru, quickly press the ANC button located at the top of the LEFT ear cup. When you rotate the dial, you'll feel a notch that indicates the balance is 50% game and 50% chat.
