Can I cancel my order?

Within the first 15 minutes after placing your order, we may be able to cancel your order.

 

Please call us using the phone number posted at the bottom of this page.

 

If your order has already been processed, we will no longer be able to cancel your order. Instead we invite you to return your order for a refund using our 30 day free return option.

Can my order be delivered to an address different than my billing address?

Yes. When placing your order, you can indicate whether the order should be delivered to your billing address or any other address (e.g. your work address).

Our website, however, only accepts orders with the same shipping and billing country.

How do I return an order?

We offer a 30 day free return period. To initiate a return request, go to "Return Products" under "Order Support" in the menu bar.

Will shipping charges apply to my order?

No shipping charges apply. Even returns are free. It's all on us. Happy shopping!

Can I surprise family and friends in another European country with a present?
Unfortunately this is not currently possible.
I have not received my order confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent to your email once the order has been confirmed by our warehouse. If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours after placing your order, please be sure to check your spam folder before reaching out to us.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. If you do not find your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

 

You can also find your tracking number in your order details on our website. Go to "Order Status" under "Order Support" in the menu bar. To access your order details, you will need the following details:

 

  • Order number
  • Surname
  • Billing postal code
Are shipping charges applied if I return my order?

No, shipping is on us. You can send your order back within 30 days for a full refund.

 

To initiate a return request, go to "Return Products" under "Order Support" in the menu bar.

Where can I register my product?

Do I need to register my product for warranty?
No. Warranty is never depending on the registration of a product. Registration simply helps keep a record of your purchase(s) and gives you the opportunity to stay update on any information about your product(s).


Do I need an account to register my product?
Yes. We have made it easy to create an account for you so you can enjoy the benefits of having an account, including the option of registering your product.

Can I edit an existing product registration of mine?
Partly, yes. You can edit the “Date of purchase” and “Serial Number” fields.

To do so, log into your account and select "My Product Registrations", find the relevant product from your list of registrations and select “View Registration”. Here you will find the option “Edit registration”.

If you wish to make changes to any other fields, please delete the relevant registration completely (see instructions below) and simply create a new registration.


Can I delete an existing product registrations of mine?
Yes. To delete an existing product registration, you can use the “Delete registration” option.

Log into your account and select "My Product Registrations", find the relevant product from your list of registrations and select “View Registration”. Here you will find the option “Delete registration”.
 
How do I get a copy of my invoice?

You can download a copy of your invoice on our website. Go to "Order Status" under "Order Support" in the menu bar. To access your order details and download your invoice, you will need the following details:

 

  • Order number
  • Surname
  • Billing postal code

 

Once directed to your order details, there is an option to download your invoice.

The details on your invoice is a direct reflection of your order details. We are unable to amend the details on your invoice.

What are refurbished products?

Refurbished products in our "Outlet" menu are products that have been returned to us by our dealers, retailers or customers within the 30-day return period.

 

These products have been thoroughly checked and tested to meet the high standards that are set by Harman. A refurbished product contains the same features and functionalities as a new model. You may see some minor cosmetic imperfections, and perhaps the product has been repackaged in none-branded packaging, but you can be assured that these products will perform perfectly.

 

A refurbished product is covered by our 30-day return period and the same warranty conditions as with a similar new product. Voucher codes cannot be used to purchase refurbished Harman products unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

 

It can be that a refurbished product temporarily will have a sales price that is equivalent to or even exceeds the price a similar new product, if the new product is on sale.

Why is my order cancelled?

There could be many reasons as to why your order is cancelled such as product availability, incomplete shipping/billing address and credit card discrepancies just to name a few.


If you believe all your details were entered correctly and the product(s) you are looking for still appears to be in stock on our website, please try placing a new order.


When placing a new order, you may want to try some of the following:


  • Use an alternative email address
  • Use an alternative payment method
  • Use a payment method with the same billing and shipment address
  • Wait 24 hours from your previous order attempt

Where do I go with my warranty claim?

Purchased your product(s) directly from our webshop?

To claim your warranty, please contact us. Please provide your order number and/or serial number of your product(s). Using our online contact form is the quickest way of claiming your warranty.


Purchased from a retailer or webshop?

We advise you to contact the place of purchase as they will be able to advise you of your warranty options and provide you with a solution.
