• Product and Model
• If possible, the Serial number of your product

This can be found on the original box and depending on the product underneath the charging flap, on the extendable headbands, at the lower back of the charging case, on a white sticker on the back of the unit or underneath the unit. The serial number should be in this format: AB1234-CD1234567.
