When the Xtreme is ON, the row of 5 diodes at the bottom of the front will light up in turn, with the top flashing LED showing how far charging has progressed. When full charge has been reached, all diodes light constantly. In some cases, the fifth diode keeps on blinking, but does not light up constantly, no matter how long charging continues. Sometimes it will show constant light after charging has been stopped. This is normal, caused by tolerances in the circuits, and is no cause for alarm. The battery is charged to the same level. If the Xtreme is OFF, no diodes will light when full charge has been reached. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Let's say you have 4 LINK devices in your home and you start your day with "OK Google, How is the weather?".
All of your devices will "light up" and start listening to the command. However, only one of the speakers will give you the information (if they are under the same account).
The speaker with the best microphone reception will respond with an answer.
Please note: if you have muted all speakers or 3 out of 4 are muted, then only one will respond and the rest will not react.
If all speakers are muted, all will be silent. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback! -
For models E40BT and E50BT Connect the first headphone by BT to your mobile device Tap the ShareMe button once Tap the ShareMe button on the 2nd headphones twice ( ! ) The headphones will connect to each other. When changing volume on source device, or BT connected headphones, the volume will only change on THAT headphone ( and in some cases the source device, like iOS devices and newer Android ), not on the one connected via ShareMe. When changing volume on a via-ShareMe-connected headphone ( 2nd ), it will not change volume on source device, or on the BT-connected headphone. Connect the headphones by BT to your mobile device Put the 2nd device ( speaker, headphones as long as they have Bluetooth ) in "BT discovery mode" Press the ShareMe button on the Everest headphone ( button marked with a little "s" ) The Everest will connect to BT device. (Please note that you may not be able to pair from the Everest to the Everest Elite models, or if you can pair, you may have dropouts in sound). When changing volume on source device, or Everest, the volume will only change on the Everest ( and in some cases the source device, like iOS devices and newer Android ), not on the device connected via ShareMe. When changing volume on via-ShareMe-connected BT device ( 2nd ), it will not change volume on source device or Everest. Please note that it is NOT possible to use ShareMe if you are listening to analog signal via cable. Bot the E-series and the Everest models will switch off the Bluetooth circuits as soon as you insert the audio cable, so re-transmission is not possible. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

To remove the enhancer, pinch the edge opposite of the sound tunnel between your thumb and forefinger and firmly pull up and off the ear bud. Replacement enhancers are specific to the left and right ear bud. An (L) or (R) and size indicator is located on the inside of the enhancer. When changing the enhancers, you must place the right enhancer on the right ear bud and the left enhancer on the left ear bud. Firmly grasp the earbud with one hand and align the sound tunnel of the enhancer with your other hand and stretch the enhancer up and over the top of the red earbud. Check the alignment of the sound tunnel to insure best sound performance. If sound is muffled or weak, check and rotate sound tunnel. Most people use the same size for Right and Left but it is possible to use different sizes because some ears are not symmetrical. - If you’re unable to find a secure fit with both sizes in the box, we can send you a complimentary sizing pack with two additional sizes. Please email ua.jblsupport@harman.com to request yours today. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
