The silicone ear-tips can be removed and washed in lukewarm water with a little dishwasher liquid. Do not put the headphones into water. Wipe them off with a damp cloth with mild solution of dishwasher liquid. The actual opening for sound can be carefully cleaned with a cotton swab and lukewarm water with dishwasher liquid. Make sure that no water floats into the headphone.
