  • JBL Bar 9.1 is 884 mm (without the surrounds in charging position). Surrounds add approx. 160 mm on each side, in charging position.
  • The length from the Aux connector to the bottom of the button panel (cable only, excluding the connector and button panel) is approximately 90 cm.

  • With the speaker ON, press and hold the VOL+ and Pause/Play buttons for 5-6 seconds. The Xtreme shuts down, and is now reset. You will need to 'forget' the speaker in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again.
  • Speakers will dual tweeters gives listeners the ability to have a single speaker to drive two independent channels, ideally stereo left and right. Dual tweeter speakers are usually used for in-ceiling audio applications. They have four terminals (two sets of positives and negatives) used to plug in speaker wires from the amplifier.

  • You can connect the JBL Smart Tx to any audio source to elevate your wireless sound experience. Use the USB-C cable to connect to a digital audio source such as a phone, tablet or laptop or use the 3.5mm aux to connect to an inflight entertainment system on most airplanes, TV or PC to experience wireless audio.

    The Smart Tx gives you full access to the Tour One M3 via the touch screen without the need for your phone or app. The Smart Tx can also stream your audio to any Auracast enabled supported headphones or speakers.

  • Only data to make Google Assistant more efficient and Google services faster. When interacting with the speaker you will receive more personalized feedback in the future.
  • The Smart Case only supports English, so even if you change the language in the JBL Headphones app, it will remain in English.

  • The ear cushions are made of protein leather.
  • Battery icon shows as full at 90%-100% battery remaining.

    Battery icon shows as 2/3 full at 50%-90% battery remaining.

    Battery icon shows as 1/3 full at 15%-50% battery remaining.

    Battery icon shows as empty and flashing at 5%-15% battery remaining - the product should be charged now.

    The speaker will switch off at 0% battery remaining automatically to preserve the lifespan of the battery.

  • The JBL Headphones app supports the file types JPG and PNG. There is no limit on file size, as this depends on how much the phone and app can handle to load the image into the app. When you are uploading the image to the Smart Case, the app will make a screenshot of the image and cut the image, so it fits the shape of the screen. Therefore, the size of this screenshot will be smaller than the size of the image.

  • The JBL Quantum 910 Wireless headset is compatible via 3.5mm jack with PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Mobile, Mac and VR. You can use the USB connection with PC, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch.
  • The JBL Quantum ONE headset is compatible via 3.5mm jack with PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Mobile, Mac and VR. You can use the USB connection with PC.
  • The JBL Quantum TWS an JBL Quantum TWS Air supports two types of wireless connection at the same time. It's compatible with any Bluetooth compatible devices while the USB wireless dongle enables compatibility with PC/Mac, PS4/5, Nintendo SwitchTM, TV and iPads and AndroidTM devices with USB-Connection (Note: Type-C supports PS5 while type-A is compatible with all PlayStationTM model).

  • Make sure to check that the USB-C connector on the phone is clean and free of dirt and dust. A dirty connection could result in a disconnection during physical activities such as walking or running. A clean USB-C connection is needed in order to establish a good sound connection.

  • If you are not able to turn Spatial Audio on and the option is greyed out on the JBL Smart Tx, then you need to do the following.


    • Open the JBL Headphones app
    • Disable High-Resolution Audio (LDAC)
    • The headphones will turn off and reboot
    • You can enable Spatial Audio after the reboot
  • If your teammates can not hear you, make sure of the following:

    USB is correctly plugged in
    Only one voice chat application is in use while in-game.
    The mic input is set to JBL Quantum Stream.
    Mic gain is not turned all the way down
    Mic is not muted (mute/unmute by pressing the touch panel on top of the mic). By default the RBG will indicate red for muted, and green for unmuted(active).

     

  • To have the best Active Noise Canceling performance possible, we advise you to keep the earbuds clean as much as possible. In case the IR sensors are covered with dirt of any kind, the Active Noise Cancellation performance will not be as effective. Sometimes, it may not give you the desire outcome to enjoy your music. 

  • Make sure both headphones are fully charged to ensure that the issue is not due to one of the earbuds lacking power.

    Check that the contact points on the headphones and the charging case are clear of dirt, so the issue is not due to the product not being able to charge.

    The LED on the headphones will show a blue light when correctly inserted in the charging case.

    Try to reset the headphones if the product is fully charged but are still only working in Mono mode.
