The high sampling rate and 14mm dual condenser of the JBL Quantum Stream ensure your voice will always come through loud and clear with zero background noise—or switch back and forth between pick-up patterns when you do want to capture the sounds around you. Need a quick break? Mute and unmute with the tap of a button and an RGB ring indicator will change color, so you'll always know when you can be heard. Wherever you are, three setting options and a reversible stand make it easy to mount your microphone however you want for simple, seamless plug-and-play communication.

Always come through loud and clear. The Quantum Stream's dual 14mm electret condenser and high 96kHz sampling rate captures every sound for perfect voice streaming.
With the JBL Quantum Stream's two voice pick-up patterns, you can easily switch between a cardioid mic that makes a single voice come through loud and clear and an omnidirectional mic for capturing more than one voice, or even a live performance.
Mount your microphone however you want, to suit any space or situation. Three setting options and a reversible stand allow you to move the JBL Quantum Stream 360 degrees, connect it to a camera tripod, attach it to a boom arm, and more.
Monitor your mic voice your way. Conveniently control your PC volume directly from your headphones, from the microphone, or from your PC.
Mute or unmute with the tap of a button. An RGB ring indicator light confirms your status, so you'll always know when you can be heard.

  • How do I clean my JBL Quantum 910 Wireless headset?
    You can clean it by wiping it gently with a damp cloth. Take extra care not to let water leak into the speaker chamber, as it will damage the speaker drivers.
  • How do I enable Sidetone on JBL Quantum Stream?

    Sidetone is off by default.

    To enable sidetone on your JBL Quantum Stream microphone, install and start JBL QuantumENGINE, and head to the "Microphone" tab.

    Here you can select sidetone level from 0 to 3 (0 = off).

  • What JBL QuantumENGINE features can I use with my JBL Quantum Stream microphone?

    The JBL Quantum Stream microphone is compatible with the JBL QuantumENGINE software. You can customize or use the following settings/features via the JBL QuantumENGINE:

    Microphone settings
    Polar patters (Cardioid / Onnidirectional)

    RGB LED Light colors + animations/effects
    Update firmware + software

    The JBL Quantum Stream mic is compatible with the following platforms:

  • What to do if teammates can't hear you?

    If your teammates can not hear you, make sure of the following:

    USB is correctly plugged in
    Only one voice chat application is in use while in-game.
    The mic input is set to JBL Quantum Stream.
    Mic gain is not turned all the way down
    Mic is not muted (mute/unmute by pressing the touch panel on top of the mic). By default the RBG will indicate red for muted, and green for unmuted(active).

     

  • Which products are supported by the JBL QuantumENGINE software?
    JBL Quantum 300, 350, 400, 600, 610, 800, 810 ONE, TWS and Stream are working with the QuantumENGINE
