It is possible to pair two of the same model of JBL PartyBox speakers together through TWS (True Wireless Stereo) mode.
PartyBox On-The-Go*/On-The-Go Essential*/100:
Connect just the left PartyBox with the chosen device first, with the right PartyBox turned off. The speaker that is connected first will automatically be the left channel. Now turn the right PartyBox on and continue with TWS pairing (detailed below).
*The PartyBox On-The-Go and PartyBox On-The-Go Essential are compatible with each other in TWS mode.
PartyBox 200/300/1000:
A button (L/R) on the rear of the speakers is used to assign the correct channel to the speakers after pairing is made.
In order to activate TWS mode, press and hold the Bluetooth button on the first speaker until the notification chime sounds, about 5 seconds. Then press and hold the Bluetooth button on the second speaker until the notification chime sounds (as seen below). TWS mode is now activated. To disable TWS, press and hold the Bluetooth button on either speaker, or power off one speaker.
Partybox 110/310/710/Encore/Essential:
Press the buttons labelled TWS on both speakers to connect the speakers in TWS mode (pictured in item 2 in the image below, with two speakers on the button).
TWS can be activated and deactivated remotely in the JBL Partybox app, in addition to assigning the left and right channels to the correct speakers.
Once the TWS connection is setup, it will be in Stereo mode by default if both speakers are the same model, otherwise the speakers will be in Party mode by default if different Partybox models are used. You can also switch between Stereo and Party mode in the JBL PartyBox app if two of the same Partybox models are used.
Please note: In order to achieve TWS mode, the speaker must be the same model with the exception of the PartyBox 200 & PartyBox 300, and PartyBox On-The-Go & PartyBox On-The-Go Essential which can be paired together via TWS. You cannot achieve TWS with a PartyBox 1000 and a PartyBox 300. You cannot achieve TWS with a PartyBox 100 and PartyBox 200. However, it is possible to connect a maximum of two of either the JBL PartyBox app compatible models (PartyBox 110, 120, 310, 320, 710, Encore or Encore Essential) together in Party mode - the two speakers then do not need to be the same model, but Stereo mode will not be possible.Was this helpful? Party Mode allows for a soundbar to have a simultaneous connection of up to two Bluetooth® devices.
Notes:
- When the soundbar is turned off, it will only connect the
device with the latest action automatically. You will need to manually
connect the second device.
- The maximum amount of devices to be connected at a time is 2. The last action on one of
the devices will always take the control.
- A third device will not be able to see the soundbar speaker’s name on the list of available Bluetooth devices when there are already 2 phones are connected.

Personi-Fi 2.0 is a feature available through the Headphones App for select models. This feature helps to personalize the sound using the best possible sound curve based on your hearing capabilities. It will first ask a few questions, and then check your current ambient audio. You will be informed that this step should be completed in a quiet environment. It will play a series of test tones in all the different frequencies wherein after each frequency test tone is played, it will ask you what is the lowest volume setting you can hear. Nine different sounds will be played in each ear (18 in total).
Simply press and release the button when you hear a sound. After it goes through all the test tones, it then calculates the best sound for your ears based on the results. It allows you to demo the results by playing a track. You will be able to toggle it on/off to hear the difference.

The compatibility for JBL Quantum models on PlayStation 5 is the same as it is for PlayStation 4 models.
All JBL Quantum headset models work through 3.5mm audio jack (aux) connected to the PlayStation controller. USB models will also work on PlayStation. In addition, the wireless models works wirelessly when connected to the 2.4GHz USB dongle.

Press and hold the power button located on the RIGHT ear cup. Make sure that the device is on and in Bluetooth range. If this is the first time connecting the device, it will automatically go into pairing mode. You will notice the LED light alternate between blue and white as it searches for a device to connect to. Locate the power button on the back of the right ear cup. Gently slide the spring loaded power button up and release. Once turned on, it will display a solid white light. If this is your first time powering on the device it should automatically go into pairing mode, and will display a fast blinking blue light. Make sure the device you are attempting to connect to is in search mode. The headphones should pop up on your list of discoverable devices within 3-5 seconds, and connect. If you are attempting to pair to a different device, make sure headphones are turned on, and press and hold the Bluetooth button located at the bottom of the right ear cup. With some of the new mobile devices, pressing the Play/Pause button seems not to work, as devices require longer time to receive confirmation of the action. Please check on the JBL Control X wireless top panel LED indication that the command is received and acknowledged before pressing the Play/Pause command again. Only the primary speaker prompts the user when pressing the association button. This does not happen when the same is done on the secondary speaker. Reset the Soundbar by the same process as when doing "reset remote settings": 1. Switch the SB 350 ON. 2. Press and hold the Surround and Volume (–) buttons simultaneously for about 3-4 seconds, then let go. Can I edit an existing product registration of mine?
Partly, yes. You can edit the “Date of purchase” and “Serial Number” fields.
To do so, log into your account and select "My Product Registrations", find the relevant product from your list of registrations and select “View Registration”. Here you will find the option “Edit registration”.
If you wish to make changes to any other fields, please delete the relevant registration completely (see instructions below) and simply create a new registration.
Can I delete an existing product registrations of mine?
Yes. To delete an existing product registration, you can use the “Delete registration” option.
Log into your account and select "My Product Registrations", find the relevant product from your list of registrations and select “View Registration”. Here you will find the option “Delete registration”.

This was done to strike a balance between functionality and ease of use. More than three button pushes on the Smart Button could be annoying to the user, so three settings were chosen: Off, Low (optimized for office settings) and High (optimized for outdoor settings).Was this helpful?
