  • Can I change my order?

  • Can I charge it connected to a wall power outlet.
    Yes. A usb wall adapter would be required.
  • Can I charge the speaker when it is wet?
    You need to dry the micro USB or power ports completely before plug-in power for charging.
  • Can I check the software version on my Boost TV?
    Yes, press Volume - and Connect button at the same time for 5 seconds. A voice reads out a set of numbers, which is the current software version. Using the HID Software Tool, available in the Manuals & Downloads section, you can find out if an update exists, and if so, install the update.
  • Can I connect 2 separate devices to the SB 250 AUX and optical Inputs?
    SB 250 will only pass one connection at a time. If two connections are playing at the same time, then the optical device will take priority.
  • Can I connect 2 separate wired devices to the Boost TV AUX and optical Inputs?
    Yes, you can definitely connect two wired devices at the same time. However, the Boost TV will only pass one connection at a time. If two connections are playing at the same time, the optical device will take priority.
  • Can i connect 3 or more speakers together with JBL Connect?
    No, for now it is only possible to connect two speakers together using the JBL connect feature. Newer JBL products feature JBL Connect+, which allows you to connect > 100 devices simultaneously, these however are not compatible with older JBL products featuring JBL Connect
  • Can I connect Clip2 to a computer.
    Yes. Connect Bluetooth or auxiliary. Remember that Bluetooth can only work if the source supports A2DP stereo audio streaming, which may not be the case for all computers.
  • Can I connect more than one Bluetooth device?
    You can connect up to 3 Bluetooth devices at the same time. In case you are listening to music via Bluetooth, each device will override the other when a command (play) is selected.
