  • How do I skip tracks on the Everest 750NC?
    To skip the tracks forward, you press and hold the volume up button for 3 seconds. To skip tracks backward, press and hold the volume down button for 3 seconds.

    1. Turn the unit ON.

  • How do I reset the Endurance Series Headphones?

    For all models except Endurance Peak:
    Press the headphone touch control located on the RIGHT ear loop for 15 seconds while the headphones are being charged.
    Note that resetting the Dive will not erase music contained in the MP3 memory.

    Endurance Peak reset: While the pods are being charged, tap the touch pad on the right pod once, then tap again and hold for approx 18 seconds, or until the LED blinks.

    Endurance Run 2 Wireless reset: Disconnect the earbuds from the paired source device and then press and hold the volume(+) & volume(-) buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. 

  • How do I reset the device to factory settings?
    Power ON the device, then press and hold the "Volume+" and the "Play/Pause" buttons at the same time. When the device switches off after a few seconds, sounding the OFF prompt, it has been reset.
  • How do I reset the Charge 4?
    In order to reset the Charge 4, with the unit on, press “Volume+” and “Bluetooth” at the same time for 3-4 seconds until you hear the audible chime.

    With the headphones switched ON, press VOLUME + and VOLUME - , and hold them for 5 seconds. Your headphones are now reset to factory settings. This is true for Everest 310, 710, Elite 750, 310GA and 710GA.
