Often, hum is caused by a ground loop. This is a problem that is sometimes created when connecting two or more electrical components together. Sometimes the problem does not lie in any one particular unit, but in how they're connected. If your subwoofer is connected to a different wall outlet than your system, try to move the subwoofer plug to the same outlet. This may require an extension cord just for the trial. If it works, you can permanently move the sub or use an extension cord. However, if the hum you are hearing is coming from inside the sub, or if it is constant even when nothing is connected to the inputs of the sub, there is something wrong with the sub and you should bring it in for service. Was this helpful? When using an Android device, you need to have location service active on your phone or tablet and make sure that you allowed "Google Home app" to use the phone or tablet location service. However, make sure your Wi-Fi router has UPnP enabled and that you do not use any network extenders while connecting the product. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

The quality of content depends on your Internet bandwidth. The minimum Internet speed is at least 25Mbps (megabit per second) or above for the best performance.
When using the LINK BAR to the WiFi router, always use 5 GHz WiFi band for highest performance at any time.
If you are still struggling with the quality of your content, then we have added an Ethernet port (LAN connection), which allows you to wire the LINK BAR for a steadier connection and performance.
More actionable advice:- Limit your device(s) at night or when you are streaming content that requires the best performance possible!
- Upgrade older product that could cause slow data transfer.
- Move devices that are capable of connecting to 5 GHz WiFi and leave "Legacy" product on 2.4 GHz only.
- Upgrade your router. Upgrading to a newer generation router is cheap and effective way to improve your home network in every way. It provides both a better Wi-Fi range and stronger signal.
- We are recommending that you go for a mid to high-level Wi-Fi router.

When the secondary speaker gets out of range, audio disappears, but there is no indication that the transmission is out of range, other than silence. Once they get within range again, the front panel LED blinks a few times, indicating that connection has been re-established. During normal operation, random blinking can be experienced, which is an indication of the wireless link having recovered from interference. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

In the Owner's Manual, we say "Up to 30 m (between primary and secondary speakers)". This applies to an ideal setup, with no obstacles and interference, and if there is interference at this distance, you will have to reduce the distance between the speakers. Please check for any objects and obstacles that could cause interruptions. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

We suggest positioning the speakers on a high-level surface or shelf, to avoid any interference. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

• Please check whether you connected JBL DRG with your smartphone and head unit via Bluetooth before, then power off the head unit. • If you have, wait 2 minutes for JBL DRG to reconnect to smartphone after power on. This is because JBL DRG will automatically search for the head unit, first then the smart phone. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
