  • Audio is out of sync with devices.
    Check to see if it happens with all source devices (TV, BluRay, DVD, etc.). If it only happens with one device and not the other, the issue may be with that device. Make sure you do not have any HDMI adapters or splitters. These can cause issues with video and audio.
  • Audio distortion or drop outs while using PartyBoost or Connect+/Stereo Boost

    If you are having trouble with distortion or drop out, try the following suggestions:

    Move the audio source closer to the speakers

    Move the speakers closer to each other

    Make sure the streaming speaker (host) only connects to one audio source, disconnect the Bluetooth connection between the streaming speaker (host) and other audio source

    Make sure the audio source only connects with one streaming speaker (host), disconnect the Bluetooth connection between the audio source and other speakers

    Restart both your speakers and the audio source

    Make sure speakers are away from other sources of wireless signal – you could be experiencing interference

    Re-pair the audio source with your speaker

    If you’re streaming audio content from the internet, the issue could be with the internet connection and not your speaker

  • Are the voice prompts available in other languages, besides English, or will they be?
    No, the voice prompts are only available in English.
  • Are the UA Train headphones waterproof?
    UA Train features an IPX4 rating which offers protection from a splash of water in any direction for at least 5 minutes. They cannot be fully submerged in water.
  • Are these headphones sweat proof?
    Unfortunately if these headphones are overexposed to sweat or water, it may compromise the controls or sound quality.
  • Are there speakers in the front and back.
    No. Only the front.
  • Are there different sized ear tips for the Tune 205BT?
    There are no additional ear tips for the Tune 205BT. These headphones do not feature different size ear tip variations.
  • Are there additional sized ear tips available for the Inspire 500 for Women?
    Yes. Enhancers for yurbuds female models are available on JBL.com under yurbuds Accessories and Enhancers. You have small sizes 4 and 5 available for the Inspire 500 for Women yurbuds headphones.
  • Are the materials used in the Everest 310/710 headphones real leather?
    No. Our Everest series headphones are made with synthetic protein non-animal leather.
  • Are the materials used in the E65BTNC/JBL DUETNC non-leather?
    Yes. Our E series/Duet headphones are made with synthetic protein leather.
  • Are the materials used in the E45BT/E55BT non-leather?
    Yes. Our E series headphones are made with synthetic protein leather.
