My device is waterproof, but what about salt water or chlorine water?Your JBL speaker is waterproof with IPX7 rating. (IPX7 means it can survive immersion in 1 meter/3.3 feet for up to 30 minutes.) To maintain the looks and functions of your speaker, please make sure to rinse it with fresh water after using it at a swimming pool or the ocean, then dry off all covers and areas where water can gather. The standard for waterproofing is for tap water. Chemicals and salt in your pool or the ocean can damage the waterproof seals or harm the surface finish over time if not rinsed off after use.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!Does my speaker have an input selector, or are Bluetooth and AUX signals playing simultaneously?Bluetooth keeps on playing, even if you connect something and play to the AUX input. BT keeps on playing, since it has first priority. If you pause or stop BT play, any source playing to the AUX input will now be heard. If you resume play on the BT source, it will take over, and the AUX source is no longer heard, but will of course keep on playing, since there is no way to send a pause or stop signal to the AUX source via the line cable. All of this means that there is an input selector switch built into the device, controlled by the BT play function. Was this helpful? How many Bluetooth connections can I connect to the JBL Playlist 150?You can have 3 smart devices connected at the same time and by pressing play on either one of the sources (smart devices) will start streaming music. The speaker can remember up to 8 paired smart devices and when this buffer is full it will release the first added device in connected sequences. Resetting the speaker will also clear this buffer. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback! Will my music be interrupted if I want to use my phone for other purposes while casting?Yes, when casting music to your JBL Playlist, your speaker is connected to Google Cloud, which will turn your smart device into a remote control, rather than streaming music directly to the Playlist. You can easily do other things with your phone while using Chromecast, such as gaming, texting, make calls, watch Youtube etc. This will not interrupt the music that you are casting. Was this helpful?
