  • We are sorry about this problem. EuP regulations require that electronics go into full off after some time. Unfortunately, this means that the soundbar cannot be woken up again after half an hour. It is necessary to use the ON/OFF switch.

  • Sounds like your JBL LINK 10 or LINK 20 has been connected to another Wi-Fi network. It is very simple to reconnect to your Wi-Fi by using the Google Home app. Simply select your Wi-Fi in the app, and you're all set. All information about the speaker and voice teaching is stored in the Cloud, so you do not have to do this again.
  • To install your JBL LINK speaker using Apple iOS... 1. Download the Google Home app. 2. Activate your Bluetooth connection, as it is required for Apple devices. 3. Follow the instructions in the Google Home app.

  • Some of the DJ EQ curves have been removed from the My JBL Headphones app. Harman will ‘continuously’ update the My JBL Headphones app with new DJ sound-curves as this number changes based on who we sign agreements with and when.

See the release notes for app version 4.10.9 below:

  • With some phones, such as iPhones and some Android models, volume is synchronized while Bluetooth is used, and levels below volume setting 6 (tested with iPhone 6 and iPhone 5s) and volume setting 5 on most Android devices will cause the GO to enter standby after some minutes. If you want to play softer while still using your iPhone as a source, please change to cabled connection from the headphone output to the AUX input of GO. This will make it possible for you to set the GO's volume at its minimum step, and then control total level on the telephone. Of course, if source level from the telephone is set extremely low, the GO will go into standby again, because GO needs a certain level to keep playing. Alternatively, use a phone which does not synchronize volume as source. Many Android phones do not synchronize volume, so by using such a phone, you can adjust GO to its lowest level, adjusting total level independently, even via Bluetooth. This will usually result in music volume at the desired level.
  • Tap-hold on the right ear bud forcefully to reconnect heart rate. If this does not work, Hold the middle button to turn off, then back on your headphones.
  • Voice commands can only be triggered by the user who registered them during setup.
  • Yes, rinse it under a faucet or under the shower, but not under full water pressure.
  • Try below steps. Attach the charger so the device is charging. While charging: First try to hold the "Volume +" and "Phone" buttons at the same time for more than 3 seconds (this resets the Flip 3 to factory settings). If this does not help, press and hold the "Volume +" and "Link" buttons for more then 10 seconds (this will exit demo mode). As a last step, short press on the "Volume -" & "Volume +" & "Phone" buttons. If the device will still not turn on, it has a defect.
