  • It sounds like you are living in a country where Google Assistant has not yet been officially released. When Google releases the Google Assistant to more countries, the Everest GA headphones will open up for this feature. It may require a software update for this to happen. For now, you can use them as normal Bluetooth headphones and wait for the release to use the Google Assistant feature.
  • Please check Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa are installed on your device. Try to repeat the setup process. Also, switching the headphones off and on once or twice may solve the problem.

Please note that these services can only be activated from the earphone's buttons when the headphones are connected via Bluetooth. Buttons on a cabled remote cannot be used for this purpose.

S stands for Secondary, P stands for Primary. Switch to Primary, and your speaker will now open Bluetooth and will accept analog signals. (The Secondary position is used for systems where four speakers are in use, since only one speaker can act as primary speaker.)
  • The most important thing, is to be sure that both blue LEDs must flash quickly, one on the center speaker, one on the subwoofer. If just one of these LEDs does not flash quickly, pairing cannot take place. If it is difficult to make one of the LEDs change to quick flash, it may be that the button is held too long, or not pressed in the right angle. Try again with a short, firm press less then a second.

If voice command registration is successful with their device, the microphone on your smart phone may have issues.
  • Make sure your smart phone supports BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and it is connected to Smartbase via Bluetooth.
  • Make sure the optical connection is seated securely on the SB200 and on your device. Go into your device settings and make sure the digital output is enabled. On TV displays the option usually states "enable external speakers" or enable "digital audio output".
