Shipments via lorry on a pallet

Your order has been handed over to our courier, DSV. It will be delivered via a lorry on a pallet, but first you need to schedule your delivery date.

HOW TO SCHEDULE YOUR DELIVERY DATE:

DSV will contact you via e-mail or phone to schedule your preferred delivery date.
  • Their e-mail or phone call will come from a Customer Service agent from DSV.
  • You must schedule your preferred delivery date with their Customer Service agent.
  • Once you have scheduled your preferred delivery date, DSV will deliver your shipment as per the agreed delivery date.


PLEASE NOTE:
  • Your order will be delivered on your selected delivery date between 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM.
    DSV will try their best to give you a time estimation for the delivery, however, this will not always be possible.
  • You must be present to sign the delivery.
  • Your order will be delivered to the ground floor of the building. It is not possible to make use of any additional carry-in service for additional fees.
  • Your order will be delivered on a wooden pallet. The pallet is an integral part of your delivery to keep your order as safe and secure as possible. It is not always possible for DSV to take back the pallet upon delivery. Instead, we advise that you dispose of the pallet or better yet – recycle or even up-cycle it. Only your imagination sets the limit.


HOW TO CHANGE YOUR SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE:
  • Please contact DSV directly in the event that you need to make changes to an already scheduled delivery.
