The best way to remove the enhancer from the ear bud is to gently pull back the outer rim of the enhancer that is located around the base of the ear bud. When replacing the current enhancers with a different size, please make sure to align the funnel of the enhancer tip over the small speaker screen of the headphone casing. The LEFT enhancer will feature the square cut out that allows you to receive your Heart Rate reading. It is important that the small digital square on the ear bud is fully exposed and the enhancer cut out is placed around it and not over it. If the enhancer is not attached properly, you will hear the audible voice stating that it cannot receive an accurate reading on your heart rate and you will need to readjust the enhancer. Was this helpful? The on/off button is a spring-loaded slider button. Press the button upwards against the spring pressure, and hold it there for about three seconds. Now you will hear the "off" prompt sound in the headphone speakers, and the LED light goes out. Now the headphones are switched off. Please note that if you do not play music or press any button for about 10 minutes, the headphones will switch off automatically. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

It is not possible to turn the Google Assistant feature off on the headphones, but if you turn off GA on your phone, the headphones won't trigger. On the Everest GA models, the Google Assistant feature is in fact than an extension of your phone, so once you connect to your phone via BT, when you touch the right ear pod, it commands your phone to open the "Hey Google" command.
The only way to stop that from happening is to change the Google settings on your phone to deactivate Google Voice Match, or deactivate Google Assistant entirely.

To power on the device, place one of the headphones inside your ear and press and hold the center button on the inline mic. You should hear the audible voice stating, “powering on” and a blue blinking light should appear at the top of the inline mic. If this is your first time connecting to a device, it should immediately go into pairing mode. The device should recognize the UA WIRELESS headphone. Once you select that option, the audible voice should state, “connected”.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
