For all models except Endurance Peak:
Press the headphone touch control located on the RIGHT ear loop for 15 seconds while the headphones are being charged.
Note that resetting the Dive will not erase music contained in the MP3 memory.
Endurance Peak reset: While the pods are being charged, tap the touch pad on the right pod once, then tap again and hold for approx 18 seconds, or until the LED blinks.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback! -
- Turn the unit ON.
- Press and hold the VOLUME + and PLAY/PAUSE buttons at the same time for more than 5 seconds.
- Unit is now reset.

The track control button is located in the center of the inline microphone. This also serves as the pause/play button and enables you to answer and hang up phone calls. Two quick clicks on the center button will skip the tracks forward to the next song. Multiple quick clicks will skip the tracks backward. The JBL product is in a deep sleep mode, which it is to prolong the lifetime of the battery. Connect the case to a charger for about 2 seconds to wake the product up and take the earbuds out from the case. Once you put the earbuds back in the case, it's ready to pair through Bluetooth.
