Where can I check my current heart rate?

There are multiple ways to check your heart rate (HR) while using your headphones both in and out of workouts. On the UA Record mobile app select the UA Sync icon in the upper right hand corner of the dashboard. If your headphones are connected, they will appear under "My Apps and Devices". Tap on "UA Sport Wireless Heart Rate" and you will see your headphones settings. Your current heart rate will appear under the headphones' image. You will hear your heart rate when using the headphones during a UA Record workout with audio coaching. While using with your UA Band during a workout your HR will be shown with your workout stats and will coordinate with the HR zone LED on the Band. You also can simply tap the UA logo on the RIGHT ear bud to hear the audible voice stating your heart rate reading.

Where can i find the serial number for Horizon alarm clock?

At the bottom of your Horizon alarm clock, you will see a little cap where the backup-battery resides. Turn the cover lid left to open it, and on the back of the cover lid, you will see the serial number.

Where can I view detailed heart rate stats after I complete a workout with my headphones?

You can view stats from your past workouts by going to your dashboard and tapping the Fitness quadrant. Tap the workout you would like to view. Your average and peak heart rate, heart rate distribution through your training session, and a graph of your real-time heart rate, will all be shown.

Where do I find new software, if it does not automatically appear in the app?

For headphones with version 4.0 of the firmware, updates will be available via jbl.com/app. For headphones with firmware version 5.0 or higher, update notification will be pushed via the app

You can set the time limit in JBL Safe Sound/Daily Time Limit.

Where is the Heart Rate sensor?

The sensor is located in the LEFT ear bud. The left enhancer will feature a cut out for the sensor and should be fully exposed.

Where is the Heart Rate sensor on the JBL Reflect Fit?

The heart rate sensor is located inside the RIGHT earbud inside the sound tunnel. If the Heart Rate detection is activated and you remove the RIGHT earbud, the audio voice will notify you to insert the ear bud and will recalibrate once it is detected again.

Where is the serial number?

On the BT and ELITE NXT series over-ear and on-ear models, the serial number sticker is on the inside of the headband left side, visible when the size adjustment is pulled all the way out. Serial numbers are also shown on the boxes. On ELITE 100 in-ear, it is on the box only.

The Serial Number is located on the strap hook (see image below), it may be necessary to remove the strap to see it clearly.

Where is the serial number on JBL E35?

It is a tiny white sticker, located on the inside of the left-hand size adjustment slider on E35.
