Switching to a new Wi-Fi network
- Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same Wireless Network as your speaker.
- Open your Google Home app
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Wi-FI
Forget Network
- The current configuration is now forgotten.
- In your Google Home app, you are forced back to the "Home Screen" and need to setup the device again.
- Tap on
- Find Add
Set up device
Set up new devices in your home
- Follow the instructions given to add the speaker to your Wi-Fi network.
Lost connection or changed settings
- Open the Google Home app
- On the home screen, tap on Add

- Follow the instruction provided.
- Remember that your current room name is the same as before, as well as other settings made for the speaker. You are only switching to a new Wi-Fi.
- In addition, you can click on Discovery
in the bottom menu of the Google Home app.
- Tap on the Setup
The Card information would show your old speaker name. However, you can continue setting up the device following the instructions.

SA750 Software Revival GuideReason Revival method for SA750 if a problem exists after a stalled software update Symptoms Unit will display “NET UPDATING” on the front panel display and will not complete startup Parts required 1) a USB stick, 2) a computer for transferring files to the USB stick, 3) unit software detailed in this guide - Download the software bundle by clicking here . You will download a zipped folder called “SA750 v1542 Reflash Bundle.zip”
- Unzip/extract this folder (some computers will do this automatically). Inside the folder you will find 2 more folders named “Step 1 V1206 V1.72” and “Step 2 V1542 V1.72”
- Double click on the “Step 1 V1206 V1.72” folder. Inside you will find a file named “image.swu”
- Copy this image.swu file to a blank USB memory stick.
- NOTE! The file MUST be called image.swu. If you copy the file to a location where there is already a file called image.swu your computer may rename the file automatically (for instance as “image.swu (1)”. Please double check that the file is called “image.swu” when on the memory stick.
- Power off the SA750 from the hard power switch on the rear of the unit immediately above the mains inlet socket.
- Insert the USB memory stick into the rear of the unit.
- Depress the recessed service switch (above the CD input connector sockets) and continue to keep it depressed.
- Power the unit on whilst keeping the service button depressed.
- Keep the service button depressed for at least 30 seconds after power on.
- Release the service button.
- Leave the unit for at least 30 minutes to update.
- Perform a NET reset (MENU > SYSTEM SETTINGS > NET RESET).
- Perform a SYSTEM reset (MENU > SYSTEM SETTINGS > SYSTEM RESET).
- Functionality should now be revived. To update to the most current software version repeat points 3-13 above but using “Step 2 V1542 V1.72” at point 3.

If the earbuds go into standby mode and turn off, you can still use them without putting them back into the charging case.
You can reactivate the headphones by pressing or touching the outside earbud itself.
Please note: They will be automatically powered off after 30 minutes of being in standby mode if they disconnect from Bluetooth. To reconnect, you will need to put the earbuds back in the charging case and take them off again.
It is possible to change the standby mode time with your headphones. To do this, go into the My JBL Headphones app and choose the Standby Time via Auto-off function. You can adjust the time to 15min, 1hr, etc., or you can choose “Never” if you want to keep the earbuds turn on at all times. Once you set the Auto-off, the earbuds will work according to the setting whether they connect to Bluetooth or disconnect.

For the Club 950NC and 700BT, a dedicated button on the right ear-cup (*) for Bass Boost – gives the user the option to give an extra boost to their listening experience. Power surges from equipment (such as a panel/mixer) which would blow out a standard headphone could be experienced while playing at high power. Specially designed driver coil and magnet give a higher resistance to power surges. The maximum input power for CLUB 700BT is 1000 mW, for CLUB 950NC is 2000 mW and CLUB ONE is 3500 mW accordingly.

Please check that you have connected your android phone with JBL DRG before. Power off your Android phone and press the JBL DRG BT button to connect to another smartphone. If this is the case, please wait 3 minutes for JBL DRG to setup the Bluetooth connection with a new smartphone. It is always recommended to use our range of Soundbars if you want a speaker for your Television or Smart TV as they are designed specifically for this purpose, whereas our Portable speakers are designed primarily for use with Phones and Tablets.
Support for Bluetooth connectivity between a TV and speaker depends on a number of different factors such as Bluetooth & A2DP versions and Audio Codecs used by each device. This can vary based on the brand, model and age of the devices, however we cannot confirm if any specific combination of TV and speaker will work without issues such as latency or lip sync delay.

When listening to multichannel content you may find that your dialogue isn’t coming in as clear, or your surround effects are louder than you’d like. Our sound bars have a feature called ‘Smart Mode’ that implement our unique JBL Surround Sound as well as other tailored EQ settings. While these are great for content that needs a helping hand, for some multi-channel content it can be overwhelming. If you find this to be the case with some content, you can disable ‘Smart Mode'.
To toggle between smart mode and standard surround, on the remote control, press and hold MUTE for more than 3 seconds, then press Volume Up (+). With the JBL Tour One and Tour Pro+ TWS, you can get silent moments with SilentNow. Noise Cancelling is activated without Bluetooth, just by pressing a dedicated button on the headphones (or tapping the earbud) or controlling via the My JBL Headphones app. It also helps you save battery time.
Or get help in waking up with My Alarm, which allows sleep and wake times to be set and is controlled via the My JBL Headphones app. You can set a sleep and wake timer to gradually lower the volume of the headphones for sleep, switch into SilentNow mode for a specific amount of time and then wake you up at a specified time.

1. Turn on both speakers.
2. Connect your device to one of the two speakers via Bluetooth.
3. Start streaming music to that speaker (for best results play music on this speaker for more than 20 seconds before proceeding with the next steps).
4. Open the JBL Portable app.
5. Allow the app to detect the single speaker playing music.
6. Once detected, press the Connect/Partyboost button on both speakers.
7. Allow the app to identify both speakers.
8. Click the Partyboost button, you will see the option for Party or Stereo, select Stereo.
Please note: Stereo Mode can only be enabled when 2 of the same speaker model are used.
For example, you will not be able to achieve Stereo Mode with a Flip 5 and Flip 6, only Party Mode.

1. Connect the first Partyboost speaker with your phone and keep music playing (for best results play music on this speaker for more than 20 seconds before proceeding with the next steps).
2. Press the Partyboost button on the first speaker.
3. Turn on the second speaker that you want to connect in Partyboost mode.
4. Now press the Partyboost button on the second speaker.
5. After a few seconds, both Partyboost speakers should connect and play together.
It can take a few seconds after music is started before sound will be heard from both speakers.

If the screen appears dark, try repositioning the Horizon 2 for the light sensor to work to the fullest. In some positions, the Horizon 2 cannot effectively detect the ambient light level in the room.

Please note: Before reverting to QuantumENGINE 1.19, please be aware that any settings from QuantumENGINE 2.0 will not be saved and reloaded into QuantumENGINE 1.19.
Uninstall QuantumENGINE v2.0
- Start the uninstall process. Go to: Settings -> Apps -> Installed Apps -> find "JBL QuantumENGINE" and select uninstall.
- When prompted to uninstall, select “Remove all related settings” and click Uninstall
Install QuantumENGINE 1.19
- Click this link to download the JBL QuantumENGINE v1.19: https://support.jbl.com/quantum-engine-latest
- Double-click the downloaded file "JBL_QuantumENGINE_1.19.0.2025_x64" and follow the instructions to finish the installation.
- Restart the PC.

To reset the headphones, power on the headphones and plug in the USB cable into a USB charger or USB port. Paired mobile devices should disconnect and the led should be constant white. When unplugging the USB cable, the headphones will power off. When manually powering on the headphones, and the last connected mobile phone is not in range, the headphones will revert to Bluetooth Pairing mode ( blue led will blink ) after 5 seconds. To connect to a different Bluetooth device, first switch the headphones off. Now press and hold the center button on the headphone remote control for about 3-5 seconds. You should see the light blinking red/blue to indicate pairing mode, and the voice prompt should state “looking for device”. You should see "Reflect Mini 2" appear on the source's BT list. To skip the tracks forward, press and hold the volume up (+) button for 1-2 seconds and you will advanced to the next song. To start the current song you are listening to over, press and hold the volume down (-) button for 1-2 seconds. Please note: You can only advance to the next song be skipping forward, you cannot skip tracks backward. It is not possible to have Ambient Aware or TalkThru activated at the same time as Sidetone when the microphone is turned on during a call. This is the case no matter if you are using Bluetooth or the 2.4 GHz mode.
You can use Ambient Aware during a call if Sidetone is turned off. You are able to do this in both Bluetooth or the 2.4 GHz mode.
All three audio modes are activated if the microphone on your device is turned off no matter if you are using Bluetooth or the 2.4 GHz mode.

A new firmware version has been released for the Pulse 4 (Version 0.5.1.0), below is a list of the improvements:
- Supports Bluetooth 5.1 profile.
- Improves the stability of stereo setup using the JBL Portable* app.

The intensity of the light show is dependent on the amount of audio signal being sent into the unit.
If you are experiencing a light show that doesn't move around very much, it is likely that you are not using a feature on your phone called Bluetooth Absolute Volume*. This means that the volume of your phone/tablet/device is controlled independently from the volume of the speaker.
So, if you have the Pulse 4 set to maximum volume or close to it, but the volume on your device is set at a low level, the light show will show little to no effect. All you have to do is reverse it. Turn up the volume on the device to the maximum and set the Pulse 4 to the desired volume. This will send the correct level to the speaker and the light show will show plenty of effect. This also benefits the sonic quality as well. Therefore, we recommend always having the volume on your device turned up to a high level and then adjusting the volume level on the speaker itself. This way you'll be able to enjoy the light show while also getting good audio quality. Or, if possible, setup your device for Bluetooth Absolute Volume*.
*BLUETOOTH ABSOLUTE VOLUME: Most phones/tablets/devices now use Bluetooth Absolute Volume (a.k.a. volume sync) by default. This is a feature that synchronizes the volumes of the device and the speaker, and allows the speaker volume to be controlled by changing the volume on either the device or the speaker. Can I edit an existing product registration of mine?
Partly, yes. You can edit the “Date of purchase” and “Serial Number” fields.
To do so, log into your account and select "My Product Registrations", find the relevant product from your list of registrations and select “View Registration”. Here you will find the option “Edit registration”.
If you wish to make changes to any other fields, please delete the relevant registration completely (see instructions below) and simply create a new registration.
Can I delete an existing product registrations of mine?
Yes. To delete an existing product registration, you can use the “Delete registration” option.
Log into your account and select "My Product Registrations", find the relevant product from your list of registrations and select “View Registration”. Here you will find the option “Delete registration”.

Press and hold the Surround and Volume (–) buttons simultaneously for about 3-4 seconds, then let go. Only the primary speaker prompts the user when pressing the association button. This does not happen when the same is done on the secondary speaker. Locate the power button on the back of the right ear cup. Gently slide the spring loaded power button up and release. Once turned on, it will display a solid white light. If this is your first time powering on the device it should automatically go into pairing mode, and will display a fast blinking blue light. Make sure the device you are attempting to connect to is in search mode. The headphones should pop up on your list of discoverable devices within 3-5 seconds, and connect. If you are attempting to pair to a different device, make sure headphones are turned on, and press and hold the Bluetooth button located at the bottom of the right ear cup. If this is the first time connecting the device, it will automatically go into pairing mode. You will notice the LED light alternate between blue and white as it searches for a device to connect to. The compatibility for JBL Quantum models on PlayStation 5 is the same as it is for PlayStation 4 models.
All JBL Quantum headset models work through 3.5mm audio jack (aux) connected to the PlayStation controller. USB models will also work on PlayStation. In addition, the wireless models works wirelessly when connected to the 2.4GHz USB dongle.

To charge the PartyLight Stick you need a charger with at least 5V/2A output. You can use the PartyLight Stick while it's charging.
The playtime for the PartyLight Stick is up to 8 hours. The playtime can vary depending on light, brightness, music, and environmental conditions. The playtime will also decrease if the backlight is turned on as this consumes more energy.
You can always check the battery level by pressing the power button twice. The white light on the PartyLight Stick will indicate the battery level. A red light indicates the battery level is low.

It is possible to pair two of the same model of JBL PartyBox speakers together through TWS (True Wireless Stereo) mode.
PartyBox On-The-Go*/On-The-Go Essential*/100:
Connect just the left PartyBox with the chosen device first, with the right PartyBox turned off. The speaker that is connected first will automatically be the left channel. Now turn the right PartyBox on and continue with TWS pairing (detailed below).
*The PartyBox On-The-Go and PartyBox On-The-Go Essential are compatible with each other in TWS mode.
PartyBox 200/300/1000:
A button (L/R) on the rear of the speakers is used to assign the correct channel to the speakers after pairing is made.
In order to activate TWS mode, press and hold the Bluetooth button on the first speaker until the notification chime sounds, about 5 seconds. Then press and hold the Bluetooth button on the second speaker until the notification chime sounds (as seen below). TWS mode is now activated. To disable TWS, press and hold the Bluetooth button on either speaker, or power off one speaker.
Partybox 110/310/710/Encore/Essential:
Press the buttons labelled TWS on both speakers to connect the speakers in TWS mode (pictured in item 2 in the image below, with two speakers on the button).
TWS can be activated and deactivated remotely in the JBL Partybox app, in addition to assigning the left and right channels to the correct speakers.
Once the TWS connection is setup, it will be in Stereo mode by default if both speakers are the same model, otherwise the speakers will be in Party mode by default if different Partybox models are used. You can also switch between Stereo and Party mode in the JBL PartyBox app if two of the same Partybox models are used.
Please note: In order to achieve TWS mode, the speaker must be the same model with the exception of the PartyBox 200 & PartyBox 300, and PartyBox On-The-Go & PartyBox On-The-Go Essential which can be paired together via TWS. You cannot achieve TWS with a PartyBox 1000 and a PartyBox 300. You cannot achieve TWS with a PartyBox 100 and PartyBox 200. However, it is possible to connect a maximum of two of either the JBL PartyBox app compatible models (PartyBox 110, 120, 310, 320, 710, Encore or Encore Essential) together in Party mode - the two speakers then do not need to be the same model, but Stereo mode will not be possible.Was this helpful? If you are experiencing sound fading in and out (pumping) or volume levels changing while playing your instrument, this is known as limiting. The sound being sent into the PARTYBOX may be too loud which will cause the limiter in the speaker to kick in. This can cause the volume levels to dip. This is done to protect the speaker from playing louder than it’s rated output, and it likely means that the instrument input level on the PARTYBOX is set too high. Please perform these steps to calibrate your input level and to prevent pumping:
- While music is playing via BT or line input, set the volume on the PARTYBOX to a comfortable listening level.
- Stop playing the music.
- Turn the instrument/guitar input volume on the PARTYBOX all the way down.
- Connect the instrument to the instrument/guitar input on the PARTYBOX.
- Set the volume on your instrument to max.
- Start playing the instrument and begin turning the instrument/guitar volume on the PARTYBOX up. The instrument should sound perfectly normal without any pumping or swelling. Continue to turn up the volume until you start to notice pumping or swelling. When you hear this, turn the volume back down a little bit until the pumping completely stops. You have now calibrated the input level for that instrument. During this step, as you are turning up, if it gets too loud, turn down the main volume on the PARTYBOX to a comfortable level, and then continue.
You should now use the main volume on the PARTYBOX to set the loudest volume for your instrument and can use the volume control on your instrument to adjust the level up or down.
NOTE: Whenever connecting a different instrument, you will likely have to repeat this process as all instruments (guitar pickups) have slightly different output levels. This is how you can ensure maximum performance out of your PARTYBOX.

The new PartyBoost does not support the previous Connect and Connect+ features. For example: You will not be able to successfully connect the new PartyBoost enabled Flip 5 with a Connect+ enabled speaker like the Pulse 3 or Flip 4. You will not be able to connect the Boombox 2 to the original Boombox speaker.

If you create a Stereo Pair using the JBL Portable App and you come within range of additional PartyBoost compatible speakers while they are ON, the app will find these speakers. This will break the stereo pair and create a mono PartyBoost group that includes all active speakers that are in proximity. This only happens when the JBL Portable App is actively running on the source device, including when it is running in the background, and when these other speakers are ON. To avoid this scenario, make sure the app is completely closed, without running in the background before coming near any additional PartyBoost speakers that happen to be ON.
NOTE: The Portable App does not need to be running in order to enjoy Stereo sound from two speakers

If the two buds lose connection to each other, you can choose to force-pair the main/right bud to the secondary/left bud or the other way around.

In most cases when a Computer/PC/Laptop has issues connecting to a Bluetooth device (Portable speaker, Headphones, Active speakers), it's caused by your Computer/PC/Laptop's Bluetooth driver (software).
The driver (software) should support the following Bluetooth protocols, to be able to play music/sound from your Computer/PC/Laptop:
• A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) driver for your Computer/PC/Headphones to transfer music.
• AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) driver to send skip/forward/pause/play music to your device
Always get the latest driver version available for your Computer/PC/Laptop.
To download the correct driver (software), visit the manufacturer's website of your Computer/PC/Laptop. They usually have a "Support/Download" section where you can find the correct driver. Otherwise, we advise you to contact their support.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback! -
Try a manual pairing of the headset and the dongle.
Hold the power button in the "On" position for 5 seconds on the headset, and then hold the button on the dongle for 5 seconds. This should force a manual pairing, allowing the PC to again recognize the headset.
Be sure to check multiple USB ports (to confirm it’s not an issue with the USB port).
If the dongle can’t be manually paired either, please contact customer support.
