You can select "Customize" or "Automatic" in JBL Safe Sound/Maximum Volume Limit.
By choosing "Customize" you can set the different levels of to vary from "Max", "High", "Mid" or "Low".
If you select "Automatic", the headphones will monitor the listening time, volume and adjust the volume when reaching the hearing fatigue limit.

Yes. This headphone has a built in microphone. To answer a call, press the power button which is located on the Left Ear Cup for 1 second. If you wish to hang up the call, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Press and hold the power button located on the RIGHT ear cup. Make sure that the device is on and in Bluetooth range. If this is the first time connecting the device, it will automatically go into pairing mode. You will notice the LED light alternate between blue and white as it searches for a device to connect to. To reset the headphones, power on the headphones and plug in the USB cable into a USB charger or USB port. Paired mobile devices should disconnect and the led should be constant white. When unplugging the USB cable, the headphones will power off. When manually powering on the headphones, and the last connected mobile phone is not in range, the headphones will revert to Bluetooth Pairing mode ( blue led will blink ) after 5 seconds. JBL Safe Sound is an added parental control toy can use in the JBL Headphones app. You can set the max volume and for how long kids can listen for. With "time-up" reminders, parents can even record their own voice prompt notifications.
It's also possible to receive daily and weekly activity reports on volume and time exposure to help maintain safe listening habits.
A PIN Code protects the max volume limit and daily time limit from being modified.

10 minutes before the time limit has been reached, a voice prompt will be played on the headphones. When reaching the time limit, the volume will be muted, and a new voice prompt will inform that the listening limit has been reached.
