First, it is very important that you use the correct size enhancers (rubber tips). While the tips may appear too large, these do not go all the way into your ear canal. The enhancers are supposed to fill the entire bowl (concha) of your ear, so please be sure to try both sizes to ensure a comfortable fit. To properly put them on, first make sure you have the Right and Left earbud in the correct ear. Next, gently insert the enhancer into your ear with a forward motion towards the jaw, twist and lock into place. If you’re unable to find a secure fit with both sizes in the box, we can send you a complimentary sizing pack with two additional sizes. To activate TalkThru Technology, press the LEFT ear for a short press for 1 Second which allows you to clearly hear others for quick conversations without removing headphons. To charge the UA Flash, place inside charging case. While charging, both LEFT and RIGHT ear bud will display a sold red light. Once the headphones are fully charged. The red light will turn OFF. To connect to a new device, begin with the headphones powered off and hold the center button on the RIGHT headphone for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. You will hear the BT pairing audible chime as it searches for a different device. Make sure the device you are wanting to connect to is in range and BT is on. Once connected you will hear the audible Connected chime. Once Right ear is connected, press and hold the center button on LEFT ear for 3 seconds as it powers on and connects to the device followed by the same Connected audible chime.Was this helpful?
