Voice Assistant Headphone ConnectionIf you are having trouble pairing your headphones or if your device is asking for a PIN, please make sure to check all available BT connections in your device's settings. Verify that you are connecting to the headphone's product name that excludes 'LE'. The 'LE' connection is only intended for voice assistant feature compatible with your headphones. If the voice assistant feature has not yet been configured, this would explain why the 'LE' connection appears as an available connection, but cannot be used for Bluetooth audio.

The Noise Cancellation we are using in our JBL TOUR SeriesTrue Adaptive NC available on Tour One enables real-time monitoring of exterior surroundings and personal attributes like movement, hair, eyeglasses, and automatic adjustments to the NC performance and EQ.
If you don’t prefer the canceling performance's automatic change, you can get a fine-tuned canceling level by choosing “Everyday Mode” in the app.
Adaptive Noise Cancelling - available on Tour Pro+ TWS - listens to ambient environmental noises using external and internal mics then creates the inverse phase back to the listener creating the noise “canceling” effect.
The headphones also allow the listener to adapt or adjust noise cancellation through features like Ambient Aware and TalkThru.Có hữu ích không? To remove the ear pads, rotate them anti-clockwise to unlock (see image below).
The ear pads must be hand washed only, do not machine wash - the water temperature used should be in the range specified below. Then wait for the ear pads to fully dry.
Once fully dry, align the holes on the inside of the ear pads (highlighted with orange circles in the image below) with the clips on the headphones (located where the red arrows are pointing in the image below), now rotate the ear pad clockwise to lock the ear pads to the headphones again.Có hữu ích không? Be aware of obstacles in front of your devices.
• Try to shutdown other products that have Bluetooth, but are not being used. They are often the reason for interference even though they are not being used.
• Do not stand too close to your Wi-Fi router since a Wi-Fi signal is stronger and in many cases will "overlap" the connection.
• Be aware of walls around you. Concrete and brick walls will often interrupt the signal, as it cannot pass through such thick walls.
• Bluetooth signals cannot travel through water, which includes the human body. Make sure with wireless headphones to keep your source device and the receiver on the same side of your body.
• Open spaces such as parks can cause issues for your devices, as open air is "bad" for any Bluetooth signal if it cannot reflect from objects around you.Có hữu ích không? Cảm ơn phản hồi của bạn! -

There are two kinds of remote cables for the Synchros series. How do you tell them apart? The three JBL Synchros on-ear and over-ear headphones S300, S500 and S700 all have cables with remote control on them. There are two types of remote controls. One is for iPhones mainly. It has white dividing rings between the poles of the jack plugs. The other one is for Android phones. It has black dividing rings between the poles of the jack plugs. This is shown in the owner's manuals as a drawing. The S300 comes in two models, S300i and S300a. They are of course meant for iPhones and Android, respectively. You should either buy the i or the a version, to match the phone you have. But since the difference is only in the remote control on the cable, it is always possible to buy the alternative cable later, as long as they are in stock as spare parts. The S500 and S700 have BOTH cables in the box, so there is no i and a version of these models.Có hữu ích không? Cảm ơn phản hồi của bạn!How do you remove the batteries inside the earcup? The Synchros Chrome is actually the Synchros S500 in chrome-plated version. On the right ear cup, you will find two ridges. These are there to make it possible to remove the disc that covers the batteries. You just position your fingernails against the ridges, to turn the disc counter-clockwise, against a small notch resistance. The Chrome is not painted, but plated. This means that the material is now thicker, and the lid can be rather difficult to remove, because the locking notches are squeezed into position. There is no other way than to put pressure on the ridges, press downward and in a counter-clockwise direction at the same time, and press until the notches, or claws, finally let go, and the lid rotates into open position, when it will fall off. If the lid does not budge, it may be necessary to use some kind of tool, but that can damage the chrome surface. In extreme cases, it may have to go to service.Có hữu ích không?
