Locate the power button on the back of the right ear cup. Gently slide the spring loaded power button up and release. Once turned on, it will display a solid white light. If this is your first time powering on the device it should automatically go into pairing mode, and will display a fast blinking blue light. Make sure the device you are attempting to connect to is in search mode. The headphones should pop up on your list of discoverable devices within 3-5 seconds, and connect. If you are attempting to pair to a different device, make sure headphones are turned on, and press and hold the Bluetooth button located at the bottom of the right ear cup. The headphone should display on your new device within 3-5 seconds on your list of discoverable devices.
Headphones & Third Party Communication Apps (Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc)

If you are experiencing issues getting the app to communicate with your headphones, (assuming you have already paired the headphones with the device) go into the communication apps audio settings. You will likely find the resolution there. You may have to set your headphones as the ‘communication device’ within the app you are using.

Are the Everest 310, 710, 750 ear pads replaceable by owner?
The ear pads on the three second-generation Everest headphones are fixed to a plastic plate, held in place on the ear pods with small claws. It is not very easy to remove it, and sometimes one or more of the claws may break off. This means that it is usually best to have a service technician do the replacement, but if you have new pads at hand, and is handy with tools, you may do it yourself.
How do I reset my JBL Everest 310, 710 and 750 Elite headphones?
With the headphones switched ON, press VOLUME + and VOLUME - , and hold them for 5 seconds. Your headphones are now reset to factory settings. This is true for Everest 310, 710, Elite 750, 310GA and 710GA.
Can I use the Everest Noise Cancelling feature while plugged into a device with my audio cable or flight adapter?
No. The only way that the Noise Cancellation feature can be activated is while you are using the headphones wirelessly. You cannot use NC while the headphones are plugged into a device or charging.

Trouble accessing the Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa on your Headphone
First, ensure that you have the Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa apps installed on your device, depending on the voice assistant you want to use. Go to your app store to download the intended voice assistant app, then add your headphones as a device in the app if necessary. It can be opened from within the My JBL Headphones app by tapping the name of the required voice assistant after you have selected it for use and assigned a gesture to one of your earbuds to control it.
Is the App required to operate the headphone?
