De progressieve rubber ophanging zorgt voor een betere beheersing van de conusuitslag en sterk verminderde vervorming. Sterke rubber randen staan borg voor een eersteklas membraanophanging optimale lineariteit, ook bij extreme uitslagen. De geventileerde magneetpolen zorgen voor extra koeling van de aandrijfeenheid en hoge thermische belastbaarheid van deze bijzondere subwoofer.

Road noise can destroy realistic audio that always requires true low frequencies. Polypropylene delivers rigidity with good internal damping and complete weather-resistance. You get an impossible-to-miss increase in thumping bass.
A new, JBL-proprietary frame, unique inboard motor structure and new cone design create a woofer that is a full inch shallower than competing brands’ equivalent-sized models, expanding installation options. You can drive a compact car with sound that’s anything but compact.
Woofer motor structures heat up during use, causing distortion or power compression that reduces music’s dynamic range, robbing the sound of its realism. JBL® uses vented motor structures and polepieces that get rid of more heat to deliver more serious bang.
