How can I reset my JBL Tuner to factory default settings?To reset your JBL Tuner simply Long press Volume+ and Bluetooth button for 5-7 seconds. Your Tuner is now successfully reset and you can Bluetooth pair with it again.Was this helpful? - Turn on the JBL TUNER.
- Press and hold this three-button combination: DAB/FM+ Volume+ and Preset 5, simultaneously for 3-4 seconds.
- In the display, you will see a combination of letters and numbers. This is the current software version.
- See picture below as illustration.
The new firmware version released is V.0.0.57 (shown in the picture above).
To get the latest version, ask our customer service for a guide and an upgrade file.

When I connect my JBL speaker with a computer (PC/Laptop/Apple Mac/Nintendo Switch), can I use the PartyBoost feature?The PartyBoost feature is not available when your JBL speaker is connected to a computer via Bluetooth. This is a technical limitation. When connected to a computer, the computer is acting as the primary device. Therefore, the JBL speaker does not have control of re-transmitting the Bluetooth signal to other JBL speakers.
NOTE: Speakers effected by this are the JBL Flip 5, JBL Flip 6, JBL Charge 5, JBL Pulse 4, JBL Xtreme 3, and JBL Boombox 2, as well as all future products featuring the PartyBoost feature.Was this helpful? How do I power on and pair with the Flip 3 SE?Press the power button on the Flip 3 SE once to power on the device. When you power on the Flip 3 SE for the first time, it will automatically go into Bluetooth Pairing mode and you should be able to find the Flip 3 SE in the list of available Bluetooth devices on your mobile phone/tablet. How to reset: Flip 2, Flip 3, Clip 2In power ON mode press and hold the "Volume +" and "Phone" buttons at the same time for more than 3 seconds -> Unit will power Off by itself.

(IPX7 means it can survive immersion in 1 meter/3.3 feet for up to 30 minutes.) To maintain the looks and functions of your speaker, please make sure to rinse it with fresh water after using it at a swimming pool or the ocean, then dry off all covers and areas where water can gather. The standard for waterproofing is for tap water. TWS Mode Capabilities and RestrictionsYou can connect two of the same Partybox models (e.g. 2 x Partybox 310, or 2 x Partybox 100) together in TWS Mode by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button on both speakers for 5 seconds, or by pressing the dedicated TWS buttons on the rear panels of both speakers on the Partybox 110, 310 and 710. It is possible to pair two different Partybox models together using a wired connection (e.g. 1 x Partybox 310 and 1 x Partybox 100). It is also possible to pair two Partybox different models wirelessly in Party mode, however this is only possible with the newer Partybox models - the Partybox 110, 310 and 710. The Partybox 200 & 300 can be paired in TWS mode as they are the same model apart from the presence of a battery in the Partybox 300. If you connect an instrument or microphone to one Partybox speaker while using TWS, the instrument or microphone connected to one speaker will be reproduced by this speaker alone. You will not hear the instrument or microphone in both speakers. If it is necessary to have instruments reproduced by two or more PartyBox speakers, it is possible to use an RCA or aux cable – connected from the RCA, aux or daisy chain outputs on the speaker that the instrument or microphone is connected to, wired to the RCA, aux or daisy chain input of the secondary speaker. Alternatively a small mixing console can be used - connecting audio sources to this mixer and sending the mixed audio signal to the speakers with a wired connection.Was this helpful? Not able to connect to JBL Portable app using iOS 14 or higherThe JBL Xtreme will no longer appear in the JBL Portable app while using Apple devices with iOS 14 or later installed, due to incompatibility.
You can continue to use the speaker as normal with these devices through Bluetooth or Aux connection, but it will no longer appear in the app.
There are currently no plans to release a new Firmware as the JBL Xtreme has been discontinued.Was this helpful? - Ensure your JBL soundbar is plugged into power and the power LED is illuminated on the BAR.
- Unplug the power cord, wait 10 seconds, reconnect the power cord and allow the speaker to power up.
- Temporarily relocate either the BAR or router so that they are closer together. If the connection succeeds, the original location may be too far from the router to maintain a stable connection.
- Try using a different device with the JBL ONE app installed and connected to your home network.

How do I power on and pair the GO 2?Press the power button located on the far Left top of the speaker. If this is your first time pairing the device, the speaker will automatically go into pairing mode. Make sure that the product you are attempting to pair to is in search mode and in bluetooth range. - The Clip 3 should pop up on discoverable devices within a few seconds.
- Choose the Clip 3 option and you will be connected within a few seconds.

My JBL GO goes into standby when I play quietly. Why is that, and can something be done to change this?With some phones, such as iPhones and some Android models, volume is synchronized while Bluetooth is used, and levels below volume setting 6 (tested with iPhone 6 and iPhone 5s) and volume setting 5 on most Android devices will cause the GO to enter standby after some minutes. If you want to play softer while still using your iPhone as a source, please change to cabled connection from the headphone output to the AUX input of GO. This will make it possible for you to set the GO's volume at its minimum step, and then control total level on the telephone. Of course, if source level from the telephone is set extremely low, the GO will go into standby again, because GO needs a certain level to keep playing. Alternatively, use a phone which does not synchronize volume as source. Many Android phones do not synchronize volume, so by using such a phone, you can adjust GO to its lowest level, adjusting total level independently, even via Bluetooth.
