The JBL Control 2.4G wireless loudspeaker system’s speakers are extremely compact: A mere 9 x 6-1/8 x 5-1/2 inches (229 x 156 x 140 millimeters) apiece. The system’s transmitter is just 1-1/8 x 4-7/8 x 3-7/8 inches (29 x 124 x 98 millimeters). Combine those small sizes with the system’s wireless capability, and you’ll find that you can put the system nearly anywhere in your home for glorious sound.
Stiff, lightweight PolyPlas™ material gives the Control 2.4G’s woofer the famous JBL bass response for maximum impact and performance. With a powerful amplifier (15 watts per channel), you’ll experience serious, feel-it-in-your-bones bass.

The Control 2.4G gets its name from its 2.4GHz transmission frequency – the same frequency used in most live-performance venues. Couple this with a secure handshake between the transmitter and your speakers, and you are all set for clear, distortion-free sound. If you’re ever feared wireless, fear no more.
The Control 2.4G has a frequency range (at ±3 decibels) of 50Hz to 20kHz. In other words, the system can deliver resounding bass tones, sky-high treble sounds and everything in between – and do it in remarkable clarity.
Put the Control 2.4G anywhere in your home theater setup. We’ve magnetically shielded it for placing wherever you want, including right next to your TV or video display. Other speakers placed so close might cause interference on the screen – but not the Control 2.4G.
The Control 2.4G system’s transmitter easily connects to the preamp outputs of your favorite audio source, whether it’s a home theater receiver, sound card or headphone output. Choose where you want to listen to audio, plug the system’s active speaker into a wall outlet, match the speaker-transmitter ID codes, and you’re all set to rock.
