My TV turns off when I'm powering off my soundbar, why?
This is most likely due to CEC function. Some our soundbars supports CEC commands from your TV, and if some CEC commands will make the speaker react in a way you do not like, we suggest you disable all CEC functions from your TV. Please note, that your Soundbar will not turn on when your TV is turned on, due to disabling the CEC function.

How do I pair the subwoofer to my JBL BAR soundbar if pairing does not happen automatically?
Normal pairing is automatic, and happens when you first switch both devices on.
If pairing does not take place automatically, or you have to force new pairing, here is what to do:
Turn on the soundbar and the subwoofer. If the connection is lost, the LED indicator on the subwoofer blinks slowly. Second, press the CONNECT button on the subwoofer to enter pairing mode. The LED indicator on the subwoofer blinks quickly. Third, press and hold the DIM DISPLAY button on the remote control for 5 seconds, followed by short press on BASS+, and BASS- button in sequence. Panel display will show “PAIRING”. If pairing succeeds, the LED indicator on the subwoofer lights up, and the soundbar display will show "DONE”. If pairing fails, the indicator on the subwoofer blinks slowly. Lastly, if the pairing fails, repeat the steps above.
If you have continued trouble performing the pairing, please try to switch off all wireless devices in the home, then try again. This means routers, TV sets with wireless functions, telephones, computers etc.
Since overcrowding on the 2.4 GHz frequency now often causes problems, eliminating all this activity makes space for the Bar to establish its connection, and you should be able to pair without problems. Afterwards, you can switch your devices on again. Often, all will now work fine, and if not, you will know which devices are doing the interference.

Why is my soundbar having interference issues with my mesh network?
If you have a mesh network (more commonly seen in Eero Mesh networks), it is possible that you may experience your satellite speakers or subwoofer intermittently disconnecting from the soundbar. This is similar to normal interference that occurs with products on a similar wireless frequency. The special thing about Eero mesh networks is that they do not allow you to move a device to the 5Ghz or 2.4Ghz band. The system will automatically decide which devices should be on which band and will move them accordingly (switching whenever needed). Some of our soundbars run on a 5Ghz frequency which is where the interference can occur. Since we cannot change the signal in which they operate and we cannot change the band they are connected to via their Eero mesh network, there are a few things you can do to try and stop this from occurring.
Move the mesh nodes far away from the soundbar
Use the 2.4Ghz band instead of the 5Ghz band (if your mesh system allows this)
Ensure to enable/utilize the MU-MIMO setting (not applicable to all mesh systems). Please refer to your router's website to see if MU-MIMO is being utilized by default.
What is MU-MIMO?
MU-MIMO stands for Multi-User, Multi-Input, Multi-Output. This allows for the router to send a signal to multiple devices at one time vs. the previous version in which the router would be able to connect to multiple devices, but only send the signal to one device at a time.
NOTE: You may notice that when the soundbar is turned on, there may be a dip in the immediate internet speed, but it will go back to normal within less than a minute.
