Go to your app store to download the intended voice assistant app, then add your headphones as a device in the app if necessary. Finally, enable the intended voice assistant in the settings of the My JBL Headphones app and assign which earbud you want to use to control it. The voice assistant app must be open for it to work correctly. • JBL Tune Flex is packed with two types of ear tips. These are called “Open Ear Tips” and “Sealing Ear Tips”.
“Open Ear Tips” allow you to be aware of your surroundings while using the earbuds. “Sealing Ear Tips” provide you with greater sound isolation and a more secure fit.
  • Due to the various human ear canal, there are different needs of each user for ANC. When you change ear tips, we suggest you reselect different modes of ANC Tuning to enjoy the best ANC experience. Each ANC Tuning represents different ANC presets, that way you can find the one that best fits your taste.
