For the Club 950NC and 700BT, a dedicated button on the right ear-cup (*) for Bass Boost – gives the user the option to give an extra boost to their listening experience. Power surges from equipment (such as a panel/mixer) which would blow out a standard headphone could be experienced while playing at high power. Specially designed driver coil and magnet give a higher resistance to power surges. The maximum input power for CLUB 700BT is 1000 mW, for CLUB 950NC is 2000 mW and CLUB ONE is 3500 mW accordingly.

 

If the earbuds go into standby mode and turn off, you can still use them without putting them back into the charging case. 
You can reactivate the headphones by pressing or touching the outside earbud itself.
Please note: They will be automatically powered off after 30 minutes of being in standby mode if they disconnect from Bluetooth. To reconnect, you will need to put the earbuds back in the charging case and take them off again. 

It is possible to change the standby mode time with your headphones. To do this, go into the My JBL Headphones app and choose the Standby Time via Auto-off function. You can adjust the time to 15min, 1hr, etc., or you can choose “Never” if you want to keep the earbuds turn on at all times. Once you set the Auto-off, the earbuds will work according to the setting whether they connect to Bluetooth or disconnect.

SA750 Software Revival Guide

Reason	Revival method for SA750 if a problem exists after a stalled software update
Symptoms	Unit will display “NET UPDATING” on the front panel display and will not complete startup
Parts required	1) a USB stick, 2) a computer for transferring files to the USB stick, 3) unit software detailed in this guide

                             

1. Download the software bundle by clicking here . You will download a zipped folder called “SA750 v1542 Reflash Bundle.zip”
2. Unzip/extract this folder (some computers will do this automatically). Inside the folder you will find 2 more folders named “Step 1 V1206 V1.72” and “Step 2 V1542 V1.72”
3. Double click on the “Step 1 V1206 V1.72” folder. Inside you will find a file named “image.swu”
4. Copy this image.swu file to a blank USB memory stick.
   • NOTE! The file MUST be called image.swu. If you copy the file to a location where there is already a file called image.swu your computer may rename the file automatically (for instance as “image.swu (1)”. Please double check that the file is called “image.swu” when on the memory stick.
5. Power off the SA750 from the hard power switch on the rear of the unit immediately above the mains inlet socket.
6. Insert the USB memory stick into the rear of the unit.
7. Depress the recessed service switch (above the CD input connector sockets) and continue to keep it depressed.
8. Power the unit on whilst keeping the service button depressed.
9. Keep the service button depressed for at least 30 seconds after power on.
10. Release the service button.
11. Leave the unit for at least 30 minutes to update.
12. Perform a NET reset (MENU > SYSTEM SETTINGS > NET RESET).
13. Perform a SYSTEM reset (MENU > SYSTEM SETTINGS > SYSTEM RESET).
14. Functionality should now be revived. To update to the most current software version repeat points 3-13 above but using “Step 2 V1542 V1.72” at point 3.     

 

The JBL Quantum 300 headset is compatible with PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Mobile, Mac and VR.
You can also use the included USB dongle on PC, PlayStation and Mac.

This unit is IPX4 rated, which means that it is sweatproof (suitable for working out) and can withstand water splashes from any direction. However, the unit is not waterproof and should never be submerged in water.

To switch from using AirPlay or Chromecast to Bluetooth, proceed with the following:
If this is your first time connecting the speaker via Bluetooth to your source device:

1. Press the Bluetooth button on your speaker. You should notice the button will begin flashing blue.
2. On your Bluetooth enabled source device, go to your settings
3. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
4. Select your speaker from the list of available devices
5. Your speaker will change from flashing blue to a solid blue color once the speaker has been successfully paired.

If you have previously connected your source device to the speaker via Bluetooth:

1. Switch to Bluetooth input on the speaker by pressing the Bluetooth button.
2. Go to the settings of your source device
3. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled
4. Make sure your speaker shows as connected.
   1. If your speaker does not show that it is connected, click on the speaker from the list of devices
   2. If the speaker fails to connect after the previous step, you may need to select "forget this device" and proceed with the steps listed above.
5. Play music from the music streaming app via Bluetooth.

Switching to a new Wi-Fi network

1. Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same Wireless Network as your speaker.
2. Open your Google Home app 
3. Go to Settings 
4. Tap on Wi-FI Forget Network
   1. The current configuration is now forgotten.
5. In your Google Home app, you are forced back to the "Home Screen" and need to setup the device again.
6. Tap on
7. Find Add   Set up device Set up new devices in your home
8. Follow the instructions given to add the speaker to your Wi-Fi network.

Lost connection or changed settings

1. Open the Google Home app
2. On the home screen, tap on AddSet up device Set up new devices in your home
3. Follow the instruction provided.
   1. Remember that your current room name is the same as before, as well as other settings made for the speaker. You are only switching to a new Wi-Fi.
4. In addition, you can click on Discovery in the bottom menu of the Google Home app.
5. Tap on the Setup The Card information would show your old speaker name.  However, you can continue setting up the device following the instructions.

 

 

To power on the headphones, place one of the headphones inside your ear and press and hold the center button on the inline mic. You should hear the audio chime and a blue blinking light should appear at the top of the inline mic. If this is your first time connecting to a device, it should immediately go into pairing mode. The device should recognize the T110BT headphone. Once you select that option, you will hear the confirmation tone. If you are trying to connect to a different device, turn the headphones on and press and hold for 3-5 seconds for the headphones to start searching for a different device. The headphones should appear on your discoverable devices within a few seconds. You should hear the audible tone and then the confirmation chime once it is connected. You will see the Bluetooth light alternate between red and blue when it is in pairing mode and then to a slow blinking LED blue light once it is connected to your device.

With TalkThru Technology, music is lowered and speech is amplified so you can easily have quick chats. AmbientAware delivers a more immersive music experience while increasing ambient sounds, providing the safety of hearing your surroundings. You can control them via the buttons on the ear cup and with the My JBL Headphones app

To activate TalkThru Technology, press the LEFT ear for a short press for 1 Second which allows you to clearly hear others for quick conversations without removing headphons. Music volume level should lower when TalkThru is engaged. Press again for 1 second to turn off Talk Thru.

The amber LED lights indicate that you have muted the microphone and the Google Assistant. The JBL LINK will not react to any voice keywords unless you unmute the microphone.

Yes, the app only works when the headphone is powered ON and paired to a source device that has the app available.

If the audio is not centered to your monitor, then you can re-center your headset by doing the following: 1. Position yourself in front of your monitor. 2. Press the re-centering button on the side of your headset (button that looks like a circle) 3. The head-tracking sensor will start the automatic calibration.

To clean your LINK BAR, use a soft dry Microcloth to remove dust and dirt.
We wouldn't recommend using any alcohol as it may harm the product.

It is true that some Bluetooth products have a very loud BT acknowledgment tones. We are sorry, but the level of such tones cannot be changed, and no software solutions will appear.

The JBL Control X is built for outdoor and indoor purposes. If you are placing the JBL Control X outdoor, please be aware that it should not be exposed to directly to the elements (rain, snow, sunlight). We advise you to place the speaker under a roof so the connections on the back won't be exposed to outside sources. If you have placed it correctly under a roof, they can outlast all types of weather.

This may simply be a matter of how the headphone is used. The awareness effect is intended to give the user the ability to hear sounds around them through the microphones on the headset. The effect is apparent in use cases where there is no audio, or the audio is at a moderate level. As with any situation, if the sound level of music is loud, it will mask any sounds, including those delivered by our ambient aware technology

This is a sweatproof headphone, but if you regularly sweat profusely, or use it in rainy weather, damage may result.

Even when reducing volume to minimum on the Bluetooth source unit, it does not reduce the audio signal to zero. In this case the Micro Wireless will playback music at a very low volume.

True Adaptive NC available on Tour One enables real-time monitoring of exterior surroundings and personal attributes like movement, hair, eyeglasses, and automatic adjustments to the NC performance and EQ.

If you don’t prefer the canceling performance's automatic change, you can get a fine-tuned canceling level by choosing “Everyday Mode” in the app.

Adaptive Noise Cancelling - available on Tour Pro+ TWS - listens to ambient environmental noises using external and internal mics then creates the inverse phase back to the listener creating the noise “canceling” effect.
The headphones also allow the listener to adapt or adjust noise cancellation through features like Ambient Aware and TalkThru.

Make sure to press the association button once. If by mistake you pressed it more than once, there is a good chance that association does not take place. Wait until the association process is completed, which takes about 2 minutes, and repeat the process.

This can be caused by the charge arm reaching its thermal temperature cutoff. This is a safety feature to prevent a potential risk. For proper heat dissipation, always be sure to have the charging arm in the open position when your smart phone is attached.

The three JBL Synchros on-ear and over-ear headphones S300, S500 and S700 all have cables with remote control on them. There are two types of remote controls. One is for iPhones mainly. It has white dividing rings between the poles of the jack plugs. The other one is for Android phones. It has black dividing rings between the poles of the jack plugs. This is shown in the owner's manuals as a drawing. The S300 comes in two models, S300i and S300a. They are of course meant for iPhones and Android, respectively. You should either buy the i or the a version, to match the phone you have. But since the difference is only in the remote control on the cable, it is always possible to buy the alternative cable later, as long as they are in stock as spare parts. The S500 and S700 have BOTH cables in the box, so there is no i and a version of these models.

These holes are the microphones for the JBL Link

If your LINK BAR has 4 orange LED lights in the front, this means you have "muted" the microphone which is located on the top of the speaker.
To unmute the LINK BAR use the "switch" and the front LEDs will stop illuminating orange. Now you can use the hot-words to interact with the Google Assistant/Google Search (varies from country).

Privacy information:
We call our button the "PrivacySwitch" for the moments when you don't want the bar to listen for the hot words.
Google has high privacy rules, and one of them is not to share end-user data with any third-party apps.

This is the charging indicator LED. I lights up red when the headphone is charging, and goes dark when charging is complete, or if no charging takes place.

As explained in our Owner's manual, it will adjust the sound to match the placement of your Soundbar, wall or table. When against a wall, the sound reflection will be different than when on a table. This button adjusts the tonal quality to give you the best audio results in either setup.

This is due to your HDMI cables. All cables attached to the HDMI inputs of the SB450, needs to be High speed cables. If your cables do not meet these requirement, then you will experience unstable connection from source to your TV.

Common fixes:
(1) Make sure that the soundbar is not muted.
(2) Select the correct audio input source on the remote control.
(3) Check the connections to your TV or other devices
(4) Perform a reset if none of the above is working. 
(4.1) Press and hold VOL -, VOL +, and Source buttons to perform a reset.

Move the sub closer to the SOUNDBAR for testing and see if the signal picks up. 1: Turn off any wireless routers or devices that run on 2.4ghz signals, such baby monitors, cordless phones, etc. and test to see if the subwoofer connects. 2: Test with a movie or music with a lot of action scenes or bass. If it's just dialogue, you may not hear the subwoofer.

When you press the power button you will hear a “door locked” tone. This means the top capacitive touch buttons have been locked. At this point you cannot trigger them. With another short press of the power button, you will hear a “door unlocked” tone, which means the top capacitive touch buttons have been unlocked.

If your volume level is quiet, make sure that the TalkThru is not activated on your headphones. In order to deactivate or activate TalkThru, quickly press the ANC button located at the top of the LEFT ear cup. You will hear an audible voice stating, TalkThru On when activated, and 'ANC On' when deactivated.

Go to your app store to download the intended voice assistant app, then add your headphones as a device in the app if necessary. JBL Tune Flex is packed with two types of ear tips. These are called “Open Ear Tips” and “Sealing Ear Tips”.
When you click the Ear Tips mode, you will hear a tone to remind you of the different sound modes (Voice prompts not ready yet).

Numbers 1-6 do NOT relate to ANC level, but you can find the optimal performance for your ears by selecting one of the bubbles. 

You can choose the “Ear Tip Sound Settings” feature in the JBL Headphones app or activate this feature by tapping three times + holding the left earbud.
