Look at the back of the primary speaker, which is the one with pause/play and volume controls. You will see a switch called "mode". This switch can be in either S or P position. S stands for Secondary, P stands for Primary. Switch to Primary, and your speaker will now open Bluetooth and will accept analog signals. (The Secondary position is used for systems where four speakers are in use, since only one speaker can act as primary speaker.)Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

The most important thing, is to be sure that both blue LEDs must flash quickly, one on the center speaker, one on the subwoofer. If just one of these LEDs does not flash quickly, pairing cannot take place. If it is difficult to make one of the LEDs change to quick flash, it may be that the button is held too long, or not pressed in the right angle. Try again with a short, firm press less then a second. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

The registration success rate and quality of voice commands depends on the performance of your smart phone’s microphone. Make sure that your smart phone’s microphone is unobstructed and you are speaking clearly when registering commands. If you continue to have issues, try registering using a family member or friend’s smart phone as a test. If voice command registration is successful with their device, the microphone on your smart phone may have issues. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
