  • Does JBL Quantum ONE provide mic monitoring (side tone) feature?
    Yes. You can configure the volume of the mic monitoring in JBL QuantumENGINE. The default setting of the mic monitoring is "OFF”.
  • Does JBL Quantum ONE provide surround sound?
    The JBL Quantum ONE provides QuantumSURROUND via the USB connection on PC. You can download QuantumENGINE here: JBLQuantum.com
  • Does JBL Quantum TWS support the JBL Headphones app?
    Yes, the Quantum TWS earbuds are compatible with the JBL Headphones app. It'll allow you to control EQ, ANC and Smart Ambient feature, Smart Audio & Gaming etc. for better experiences with your headset just like other JBL lifestyle products.
  • Does JBL Soundgear have express charging?
    Yes, in two hours, you can charge it to approx. 6 hours of playing time.
  • Does JBL SoundShift work on any/all sources?
    Yes. When SoundShift is active, and your Bluetooth device is connected to your soundbar, you can easily listen to Bluetooth streaming and switch back to the previously selected source just by tapping the pause/play button on your Bluetooth device. When SoundShift is off, your Bluetooth paired device can not interrupt your current source.
  • Does JBL’s 30-day returns policy apply to Personalized Products?
    JBL Personalized Products are custom-printed to your individual specification and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
     
  • Does my Control X wireless use Bluetooth connection between speakers?
    No, the connection between our Control XT wireless speakers are established through Wi-Fi connection, running on 2.4 GHz network. The only time you will use Bluetooth, is when you connect to the primary speaker and start streaming music.
  • Does my JBL Quantum 910 Wireless headset provide game and chat audio balance?
    Yes, you can adjust game and chat audio balance by rotating the dial clockwise and counter clockwise. When rotating the dial, you will feel a notch in the dial that indicates that the audio is at 50 in the game and 50 in the chat.
  • Does my JBL Quantum ONE headset provide game and chat audio balance?
    Yes, you can adjust game and chat audio balance by rotating the puck clockwise and anti clockwise. When rotating the puck, you will feel a notch in the puck that indicates 50 game and 50 chat.
  • Does my speaker have an input selector, or are Bluetooth and AUX signals playing simultaneously?
    Bluetooth keeps on playing, even if you connect something and play to the AUX input. BT keeps on playing, since it has first priority. If you pause or stop BT play, any source playing to the AUX input will now be heard. If you resume play on the BT source, it will take over, and the AUX source is no longer heard, but will of course keep on playing, since there is no way to send a pause or stop signal to the AUX source via the line cable. All of this means that there is an input selector switch built into the device, controlled by the BT play function.
  • Does my Speaker have Speakerphone/Voice Assistant Functionality?
    This product does not feature speakerphone or voice assistant functionality as it does not have a microphone.
  • Does Noise Cancellation work when listening via cable on the ELITE headphones?
    Yes for both ELITE 300 and 700. And of course both can be used without any music at all for noise cancellation purposes only.
