  • Club Series Button Information
    The right ear cup features volume and (longer press) skip back/forward button, Aux input and USB charging port. On the left side ear cup the CLUB headphones feature the standby button, Bluetooth button and the Smart Ambient button (for Ambient Aware and TalkThru) or, with a longer, the ANC button. JBL has also placed an aux port on the left ear.
     
  • Connect Feature Information
    This product is not supported by Connect + or Partyboost on the JBL Portable app. They cannot connect to other portable speakers wirelessly.
  • Connecting to your Car
    It is very simple to connect to your Car with the JBL Partybox 200 or 300. Use the included cable that connects through the cigarette connector in your Car and power on the Partybox! Please note that the 12V connection does not charge the battery in the Partybox 300 - it will only power the Partybox when in use. To charge the battery, it will have to be plugged into AC power ( 110 - 230V )
  • Connection issues using PartyBoost or Connect+

    If there are drop out or connection issues when using PartyBoost or Connect+, it could be one of three things.

    1.      Units are too far apart (move units closer together) 

    2.      Interference from other 2.4gHz wireless units in the area.

    3.     Unit is no longer working as designed

    Here are some steps to isolate the issue:

     Try taking the units out of the house and test it outside with no interference to see if you still experience connectivity issues. If you still experience connectivity issues, please try steps below:

    Whatever unit drops off, remove that from the chain. Test the rest of the speakers and keep doing it until you find the speaker that is causing the drop outs.  If all speakers begin to drop off, please try a different order and repeat. Repeat this process with each unit being the “main speaker”. 

     Make sure to turn off all WiFi/RF devices. (Router, laptop, baby monitor, Nest cams, IP cams, WiFi switches, WiFi outlets, WiFi lights, cordless phones, etc.) 

    You should be able to identify the issue/speaker by following these steps. 

  • Differences between True Adaptive Noise Cancelling and Adaptive Noise Cancelling

    The True Adaptive Noise Cancelling technology that is features in our CLUB ONE automatically adjusts noise-cancelling levels in real-time, 50,000 times per second to account for environmental ambient noises and personal attributes such as movement, hair and eyeglasses to deliver best-in-class Noise Cancelling and immersive sound in any environment.  
    With the help of Feedforward and Feed Backward microphones, the Adaptive Noise Cancelling technology which is a feature in our CLUB 950NC and CLUB PRO+ TWS, fully monitors exterior sounds picking up low-frequencies and neutralizing them before they reach the ear. The headphones generate a sound that's phase-inverted by 180 degrees to the unwanted noise, resulting in the two sounds cancelling each other out. 
    In addition, all headphones allow the listener to adapt or adjust the level of ambient noise through features like Ambient Aware and TalkThru.

  • Display Timeout and Standby Times
    The display will timeout and switch off automatically after 30 seconds if no buttons are pressed to preserve battery life, but pressing any button will wake the display again. It is not possible to change or switch off the automatic display timeout.

    The speaker itself will turn off automatically after 15 minutes inactive, if no music is playing on any mode or button are pressed (not possible to change).
  • Does Boost TV Support AptX Codec?
    No, we only support SBC Codec and AAC Codec.
  • Does Control Xstream have Spotify Connect?
    Yes, Control Xstream supports Spotify Connect, which can be used from the Spotify app if you have a premium account.
  • Does Focus 500/700 feature volume control?
    Yes, the Focus 500/700 features a 3 button mic that features, pause/play, track and volume control.
  • Does it have automatic standby?
    Yes, after approximately 10 minutes of no activity and no audio, the unit goes into sleep mode. It must be awakened with the ON/OFF Button. It is not possible to wake it up with a Bluetooth pairing signal. After 20 minutes of no activity and no audio, the unit will power off.
  • Does it have phantom power for microphones?
    Yes, EON 208P has a selector switch where you can turn phantom power on/off when needed for condenser microphones on CH1 and CH2.
  • Does it have phantom power for microphones?
    No, there is no phantom power in the microphone inputs.
    All power to active microphones must be supplied from an external source.
  • Does it support APT-X.
    It does not support APT-X technology.
  • Does JBL Quantum 910 Wireless provide mic monitoring (side tone) feature?
    Yes. You can configure the volume of the mic monitoring in JBL QuantumENGINE. The default setting of the mic monitoring is "OFF”.
  • Does JBL Quantum 910 Wireless provide surround sound?


    The JBL Quantum 910 Wireless provides QuantumSURROUND via the USB connection on PC.

    Yes, the Quantum TWS earbuds are compatible with the JBL Headphones app. It'll allow you to control EQ, ANC and Smart Ambient feature, Smart Audio & Gaming etc. for better experiences with your headset just like other JBL lifestyle products.
  • Does JBL Soundgear have express charging?
    Yes, in two hours, you can charge it to approx. 6 hours of playing time.
  • Does JBL SoundShift work on any/all sources?
    Yes. When SoundShift is active, and your Bluetooth device is connected to your soundbar, you can easily listen to Bluetooth streaming and switch back to the previously selected source just by tapping the pause/play button on your Bluetooth device. When SoundShift is off, your Bluetooth paired device can not interrupt your current source.
  • Does JBL’s 30-day returns policy apply to Personalized Products?
    JBL Personalized Products are custom-printed to your individual specification and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
     
  • Does my Control X wireless use Bluetooth connection between speakers?
    No, the connection between our Control XT wireless speakers are established through Wi-Fi connection, running on 2.4 GHz network. The only time you will use Bluetooth, is when you connect to the primary speaker and start streaming music.
  • Does my JBL Quantum 910 Wireless headset provide game and chat audio balance?
    Yes, you can adjust game and chat audio balance by rotating the dial clockwise and counter clockwise. When rotating the dial, you will feel a notch in the dial that indicates that the audio is at 50 in the game and 50 in the chat.
  • Does my JBL Quantum ONE headset provide game and chat audio balance?
    Yes, you can adjust game and chat audio balance by rotating the puck clockwise and anti clockwise. When rotating the puck, you will feel a notch in the puck that indicates 50 game and 50 chat.
  • Does my speaker have an input selector, or are Bluetooth and AUX signals playing simultaneously?
    Bluetooth keeps on playing, even if you connect something and play to the AUX input. BT keeps on playing, since it has first priority. If you pause or stop BT play, any source playing to the AUX input will now be heard. If you resume play on the BT source, it will take over, and the AUX source is no longer heard, but will of course keep on playing, since there is no way to send a pause or stop signal to the AUX source via the line cable. All of this means that there is an input selector switch built into the device, controlled by the BT play function.
  • Does my Speaker have Speakerphone/Voice Assistant Functionality?
    This product does not feature speakerphone or voice assistant functionality as it does not have a microphone.
  • Does Noise Cancellation work when listening via cable on the ELITE headphones?
    Yes for both ELITE 300 and 700. And of course both can be used without any music at all for noise cancellation purposes only.
  • Does SB 250 Support AptX Codec?
    No, SBC Codec and AAC Codec are supported.
