  • Alarm and backup battery information

    On backup battery power, please wait 50 seconds for the alarm to turn off automatically.

  • Alarm Settings

    You must first set a radio preset by tuning to a radio station and holding down the 1, 2, or 3 button to save it. After this, the preset will be an option when setting up a new alarm.

    When setting up the alarm, the options will be displayed in the following order:
    ​​​​​​1. Set Alarm Hour.
    2. Set Alarm Minute.
    3. Set Recurrence - Weekday/Once.
    4. Set Ringtone - 4 built-in alarm tones or radio preset 1/2/3 (see information above).
    5. Set Light - On/Off.

    If the light is set to 'On' when the alarm is set up, once it goes off it will gradually increase in brightness over 10 seconds.

  • Alarm Volume Adjustment
    You can easily adjust the volume to your choosing while setting your alarm on the Horizon 2. When setting your alarm, choose the Alarm Bell 1 or the Alarm Bell 2 on the top of the speaker. As you go through your settings when choosing an alarm time, it will give you the option to adjust the volume setting you wish to have on the alarm. Just simply adjust the volume by turning the volume knob on the top of the speaker. After you choose the volume, press the volume knob once to move to the next settings option. 
    Please note: the alarm volume will gradually increase until you choose to either snooze or turn the alarm off completely. 
  • Although the JBL Charge comes with a power adapter for charging, I would prefer to charge from my laptop computer. Is that OK?
    Yes, you may charge your speaker from your desktop or laptop, but the charging time will be longer than using the supplied power adapter.
  • aptX Audio Codec Support
    This headphone does not support aptX, aptX HD, aptX Low Latency audio codecs.
  • Are additional sized enhancers available?
    Yes. If neither the size 5 or size 7 enhancers provide a secure fit, our customer care team can send you a complimentary sizing pack with two additional sizes. Please email ua.jblsupport@harman.com to request yours today.
  • Are CEC commands supported by the JBL Bar Studio, Bar 2.1, Bar 3.1, Bar 5.1, and Bar 9.1?
    The JBL Bar series soundbars supports three CEC commands: - System Standby - One Touch Play - Audio Return Channel.
  • Are shipping charges applied if I return my order?

  • Are the Control X Wireless all-weather speakers?
    No. Although the Control X Wireless have a rugged exterior and are portable, they are not all-weather speakers. Any direct exposure to harsh weather condition (rain, snow, extreme hot/cold temperatures) will damage the speakers.
  • Are the Earphones Waterproof?
    The product is Water Resistant and Sweat Resistant, but you cannot swim with these headphones.
  • Are the Everest 110 Sweat Proof?
    No. The Everest 110 are not sweat proof and do not have an IPX rating that protects the headphones from sweat and water. Over exposure to sweat and water can cause significant damage to the headphones.
  • Are the Everest 150NC waterproof?
    No. The Everest 150NC do not feature an IPX rating and are not designed to be overexposed to moisture. Overexposure can compromise the controls and sound.
