  • At the bottom of your Horizon alarm clock, you will see a little cap where the backup-battery resides. Turn the cover lid left to open it, and on the back of the cover lid, you will see the serial number.
  • You can view stats from your past workouts by going to your dashboard and tapping the Fitness quadrant. Tap the workout you would like to view. Your average and peak heart rate, heart rate distribution through your training session, and a graph of your real-time heart rate, will all be shown.
  • For headphones with version 4.0 of the firmware, updates will be available via jbl.com/app. For headphones with firmware version 5.0 or higher, update notification will be pushed via the app
  • The sensor is located in the LEFT ear bud. The left enhancer will feature a cut out for the sensor and should be fully exposed.
  • The heart rate sensor is located inside the RIGHT earbud inside the sound tunnel. If the Heart Rate detection is activated and you remove the RIGHT earbud, the audio voice will notify you to insert the ear bud and will recalibrate once it is detected again.
  • The microphone is located on the remote small hole on the right side
  • Under the little hole next to the phone reciever button.
  • On the BT and ELITE NXT series over-ear and on-ear models, the serial number sticker is on the inside of the headband left side, visible when the size adjustment is pulled all the way out. Serial numbers are also shown on the boxes. On ELITE 100 in-ear, it is on the box only.
  • The Serial Number is located on the strap hook (see image below), it may be necessary to remove the strap to see it clearly.

  • It is a tiny white sticker, located on the inside of the left-hand size adjustment slider on E35.

  • Connecting a USB stick

    1. You can enjoy music from your USB Stick directly into the Partybox device.
    2. Insert the USB stick Stick into theUSB portport, located on the back of your Partybox.
    3. The USB Stick has to be formatted FAT16 or FAT 32 and supports MP3, WAVE and WMA Music files.
    4. It will start automatically playing the content on your USB stick.

    AUX Connection

    1. You can connect any devices through the analog connection AUX
    2. Use an analog cable (Not included in the box) and connect your device.
    3. Press play on your external device and enjoy the music!

    1. The Partybox features both Input and Output RCA connection.
    2. Connect your RCA cable (not included) to either one of the ports.
    3. You can use it with your DVD/BlueRay player or AVR system.

    Guitar and Microphone

    1. Connect your microphoneto the dedicated MIC iocn port or connect your electric Guitar  to the Guitar icon
    2. You can mix sound or make your own karaoke party with your Partybox.
    3. Sing or play through your devices.
      1. To adjust the volume of the audio source, press volume+ or volume- buttons.
      2. To adjust the volume of the microphone or guitar, rotate the Mic knob or guitar knob

    Charging external devices

    1. Whenever your mobile device needs some extra power, the Partybox can help you!
    2. Featuring a USB Charging port for both Music (USB on a stick) or when you need to charge your Phone charging device.
    3. Simply connect your device to the usb portaport and start charging.
      1. NOTE: The Partybox 200 needs to be connected to AC power all the time to charge or function as a speaker.
      2. The Party 300/310 has a battery and can charge any device without needing AC power (unless the product's battery is depleted then you need to recharge via AC power).
    Charging devices

    There are many ways to enjoy your JBL Partybox On-The-Go, 100, 200, 300, 310 & 1000. The options are endless and you are in control of the party
  • All of our in-wall/in-ceiling speakers are designed to be used in a wall without the need for a back-box. The specs provided are based on no back-box. However, when adding a back-box (really only possible when doing new construction), you will improve the low frequency response a bit, getting a tighter bass response.

  • The first JBL speakers featuring the JBL Connect technology are: JBL Flip 3, JBL Pulse 2, JBL Xtreme, JBL Boost TV and JBL Charge 3, SB 450 A firmware upgrade is available for the JBL Charge 3 ,which will upgrade Connect to JBL Connect+. After this fw upgrade, it is no longer possible to connect the Charge 3 with other products which have JBL Connect ( Flip 3, Boost TV, Pulse 2, Xtreme )
  • JBL Quantum 300, 350, 400, 600, 610, 800, 810 ONE, TWS and Stream are working with the QuantumENGINE
  • It is a model made for vocal use.
  • The “Speaker” mode allows the JBL QuantumENGINE to receive more than two channels of audio. It also prevents some applications from adding extra signal processing intended for other headphones, which would negatively impact the performance of the JBL QuantumSURROUND or JBL QuantumSPHERE 360 technology.

  • Make sure the headset volume control is turned up. Rotate the volume wheel on your headset to increase the volume. If you're connected to the PC via USB, check that the default device is selected under Control Panel > Sound > Playback. Select JBL Quantum 400 Game, right-click, and select "Set as Default Device".  Check on the top bar of the JBL QuantumENGINE whether your headset's game-chat balance dial is set correctly. Check the JBL Quantum 400 Game device and make sure it is not muted or turned all the way down.

  • Make sure the volume control on the headset is turned up. Rotate the volume wheel on your headset to increase the volume. If you're connected to the PC via USB, check that the default device is selected under Control Panel > Sound > Playback. Select JBL Quantum 910 Wireless Game, right-click, and select "Set as Default Device".  Check your headset's game audio chat balance dial and ensure that the balance is correct. Check the JBL Quantum 910 Wireless Game device and make sure it is not muted or turned all the way down.
  • Make sure the volume is turned up and that the correct device has been selected in the system sound settings. Check the computer volume levels and make sure it is not muted or turned all the way down.
  • Make sure the volume control on the headset is turned up. Rotate the volume wheel on your headset to increase the volume. If you're connected to the PC via USB, check that the default communication device is selected under Control Panel > Sound > Playback. Select JBL Quantum ONE Chat, right-click, and select "Set as Default Commuication Device". Check your headset's game audio chat balance dial, and ensure that the balance is correct. Check the JBL Quantum ONE Chat device and make sure it is not muted or turned all the way down.
  • Make sure the headset volume control is turned up and your microphone is unmuted. Check that only one voice chat application is in use while in-game. If you're connected to the PC, make sure that the communication device is selected under Control Panel > Sound > Recording. Select the JBL product and select "Set as Default Device". Check on the top bar of the JBL QuantumENGINE whether your headset's game-chat balance dial is set correctly.

  • -       Alexa is not available in all languages and countries. For countries without Amazon Alexa, you can double tap to activate the native voice assistant on your mobile device.

  • -       The Google Assistant isn’t available in certain languages and countries. For countries without Google Assistant, you can double tap the left ear cup on the headphone to activate the native voice assistant on your mobile device.

  • Please check your OS version. If you are using an iPhone with OS version of 8.3 or lower , please upgrade your system to the latest version.
  • The BT module takes approximately 3 seconds to activate and connect with the headphones.
  • If your Micro II does not sense an audio signal on its input, it goes into Standby to save power. It should wake up again when audio is sensed. Since Micro II senses audio on its input, not on the speaker volume, always turn up the volume on the source, then control speaker volume on the Micro II. This way it will not go into Standby unless music stops.
