    Yes. Enhancers for yurbuds female models are available on JBL.com under yurbuds Accessories and Enhancers. You have small sizes 4 and 5 available for the Inspire 500 for Women yurbuds headphones.
  • Are the materials used in the Everest 310/710 headphones real leather?
    No. Our Everest series headphones are made with synthetic protein non-animal leather.
  • Are the materials used in the E65BTNC/JBL DUETNC non-leather?
    Yes. Our E series/Duet headphones are made with synthetic protein leather.
  • Are the materials used in the E45BT/E55BT non-leather?

    Yes, both of them are rated IPX7, which means they can be submerged in clear water for up to 30 minutes at up to 1 meter of depth. Make sure the charging cover is closed, or water will get into the product and damage it.

    No. The ear pads are made from a synthetic protein leather.
  • Are the Everest Elite 100 noise cancelling headphones?
    Yes, you can control the amount of outside noise to let in with our Ambient Aware options offered exclusively through the JBL app.
  • Are the Everest 310, 710, 750 ear pads replaceable by owner?
    The ear pads on the three second-generation Everest headphones are fixed to a plastic plate, held in place on the ear pods with small claws. It is not very easy to remove it, and sometimes one or more of the claws may break off. This means that it is usually best to have a service technician do the replacement, but if you have new pads at hand, and is handy with tools, you may do it yourself.
  • Are the Everest 150NC waterproof?
    No. The Everest 150NC do not feature an IPX rating and are not designed to be overexposed to moisture. Overexposure can compromise the controls and sound.
  • Are the Everest 110 Sweat Proof?
    No. The Everest 110 are not sweat proof and do not have an IPX rating that protects the headphones from sweat and water. Over exposure to sweat and water can cause significant damage to the headphones.
  • Are the Earphones Waterproof?
    The product is Water Resistant and Sweat Resistant, but you cannot swim with these headphones.
