  • Changing the Battery

    On the bottom panel, rotate the battery cover into the unlocked position and remove the cover. Press the battery clip visible on the back side of the battery compartment to allow the existing battery to come out. Then insert the new battery in the slot with the + side visible (facing up), and install the battery cover again. Rotate the battery cover to lock it into place.

  • Changing JBL Pulse lightshow via JBL Portable App

    You can change the JBL Pulse lightshow via JBL Portable app.

    1. Connect the Pulse with your phone, open the JBL Portable app and wait for app to recognize your speaker.  
    2. Click the Lightshow button to enter the lightshow set-up
    3. Swipe left and right to change lightshow
    4. Swipe to customized page, to select your favorite pattern and customize your lightshow
    5. Click the color wheel to change color or enter camera color picker

  • Can you use Bluetooth while under water using the Endurance Dive?
    No. Bluetooth does not work under water. The Endurance DIVE however has a built-in MP3 player for music, and is IPX7 waterproof. This means you can use the headphones submerged to 1 meter depth, up to 30 minutes at a time. Also note that for normal swimming, you won't be submerged all the time, so the headphones should be waterproof for the duration of your swim.
  • Can you take calls on the Inspire 500?
    Yes, the Inspire 500 features a microphone located on the cord. We recommend running the cord under your chin for the best call connection.
  • Can you take calls from the Live 200BT?
    Yes. To take a call from the Live 200BT press the center button located on the RIGHT neckband for 1-2 seconds. To hang up, simply press the center button again.
  • Can you take calls from the JBL Live 100?
    Yes, the Live 100 features the one button microphone that allows you to receive and end calls. Simply press the middle button on the inline mic for 1-2 seconds to answer the call. If you wish to hang up, press and hold the center button again for 1-2 seconds.
  • Can you receive phone calls on the Clip 3?
    Yes. A built-in microphone combined with a patented echo cancellation system secures clear and easy phone conversation. If a phone call is received while listening to music just push play button to answer the call. No need to find or touch the phone. This hands-free functionality can even be used for phone conferences
  • Can you connect to multiple devices on the 750NC?
    No. Unfortunately, you cannot connect to multiple devices on the 750NC Wireless headphones. You can pair to multiple devices, but can only be connected to one device at a time. The Everest 710 and 310 feature ShareMe 2.0, which permits listening to the same source over two headphones, wirelessly.
  • Can you activate SIRI on the UA Train headphones?
    Locate the power button on the back of the right ear cup. Gently slide the spring loaded power button up for 2-3 seconds and release. Once turned on, it will display a solid white light. If this is your first time powering on the device it should automatically go into pairing mode, and will display a fast blinking blue light. Make sure the device you are attempting to connect to is in search mode. The headphones should pop up on your list of discoverable devices within 3-5 seconds, and connect. Once connected, you will see a solid blue light above the power button.
  • Can you activate SIRI on the Tune 205BT?
    You have to manually press the home button on your phone to activate SIRI. Once SIRI is activated, you can speak through the headphones to ask SIRI questions.
  • Can the voice prompts be switched off and on?
    Yes, in the app.
  • Can the UA Sport Wireless Flex headphone be paired to multiple devices?
    The UA Sport Wireless Flex can be paired to multiple devices but cannot connect to more than once device at a time.
  • Can the system prompts be turned off?
    No. This is a fixed feature and cannot be changed.
  • Can the speaker be used with Bluetooth without setting up Voice Assistant?
    JBL Playlist: Yes, it can be used with Bluetooth out of the box, and also Chromecast (setup is done via Google Home, but speaker does not have Google Assistant built-in) JBL Link Bar: Yes, it can be used with Bluetooth and Chromecast after setting the bar up with a Google account - choosing not to activate the Google Assistant. JBL Link Music: No, this speaker requires setup via Google Home JBL Link Portable: No, this speaker requires setup via Google Home JBL Link 10, 20 and Link View: No, these speakers requires setup via Google Home Harman Kardon Citation series: No, this speaker requires setup via Google Home Harman Kardon Allure: Yes, Bluetooth is available from factory settings.   • Can the Soundgear Sense earbuds be used for exercising or sports?

    Yes, the Soundgear Sense earbuds can be used for exercising like hiking and riding a bicycle, they have an IP54 rating. The headphones are also applicable for running and other sport exercising. The flexible ear hook design ensures they fit securely and comfortably in the ear to prevent them from falling out during activity. For an extra secure fit, you can use the optional neckband during rigorous exercise

  • Can the size be adjusted on OR300?
    Yes, the click-on connector that holds the earphone in place on the Oculus Rift is adjustable in small clicks, longer or shorter.
  • Can these headphones be used as a chat gaming headset?
    The Everest product uses standard Bluetooth protocol for audio communication. Gaming headphones usually use a different frequency and protocol for audio communication.
  • Can the Reflect Aware be used with all iPods?
    Since this headphone has Lightning connector, it cannot be used with any Apple product that does not have this connector. Also, it is necessary to use the My JBL Headphone app to play through the headphone, and to be able to control it. This means that only sources that permit the use of apps can be used. This will exclude use of iPod Nano. And of course iPod Shuffle cannot be used, since it has no Lightning connector. IPod Touch works fine, as does iPhones and iPads with Lightning connectors.
  • Can the metal carabiner be removed from the unit? If I lose it, can I buy it separately?
    The carabiner can be removed from Clip 2 and can be purchased as a spare-part.
  • Can the JBL T450BT be used with a cable?
    No, this is a Bluetooth only headphone. Charging is done with cable, of course, but there is no cabled audio connection.
  • Can the JBL T450BT be charged while listening to music?
    No, as soon as charging begins, the headphone shuts down. Since no option for cabled listening exists for this model, it is necessary to charge before listening is again possible.
  • Can the JBL Endurance SPRINT, JUMP and DIVE be used to swim?
    Because bluetooth cannot travel through water, the only Endurance model that is used for swimming is the Endurance DIVE model. The Endurance DIVE model features an MP3 player which allows you to listen to music under water without using bluetooth. Furthermore, only DIVE features a function lock, which prevents water from activating functions inadvertently. SPRINT and JUMP do not have this lock function, and will not work under water.
  • Can the JBL Endurance SPRINT, JUMP and DIVE be used in salt water (i.e. sea)?
    The JBL Endurance SPRINT, JUMP and DIVE can be used in salt water (i.e. sea) but we recommend to thoroughly wash the headphones in fresh water after every use in salt water, to remove the salt residue. Please note that only DIVE can actually be used in water, because it features a function lock and a built-in memory for MP3 music files. SPRINT and JUMP cannot be used in water, because the touch buttons will malfunction when submerged, and Bluetooth cannot function at all under water.
  • Can the Endurance Series be connected to more than one device at a time?
    The headphones can pair to multiple devices but can only be connected to one device at a time.
