Introducing JBL TUNE 215BT wireless earbud headphones with JBL Pure Bass Sound. Thanks to the 16-hour battery life they can wirelessly stream high quality JBL Pure Bass sound and provide hands-free call management. Inside the premium housing is a pair of 12.5 mm drivers which will punch out some serious bass, while the soft, ergonomically shaped earbuds ensure the listening experience remains comfortable for long-listening hours. In addition, a three-button remote with mic on a tangle-free cable lets you control music and calls and access your devices' voice assistant. Can my headphones be connected to two devices simultaneously?
Yes, the headphones have Multipoint Connection, which allows you to switch seamlessly between the connected devices. 
Pairing issues with a Computer or PC
In most cases when a Computer/PC/Laptop has issues connecting to a Bluetooth device (Portable speaker, Headphones, Active speakers), it&#39;s caused by your Computer/PC/Laptop&#39;s Bluetooth driver (software).The driver (software) should support the following Bluetooth protocols, to be able to play music/sound from your Computer/PC/Laptop:• A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) driver for your Computer/PC/Headphones to transfer music.• AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) driver to send skip/forward/pause/play music to your deviceAlways get the latest driver version available for your Computer/PC/Laptop.To download the correct driver (software), visit the manufacturer&#39;s website of your Computer/PC/Laptop. They usually have a &quot;Support/Download&quot; section where you can find the correct driver. Otherwise, we advise you to contact their support.The standard drivers provided by Microsoft/Windows system are not correct and will result in error messages (such as having to enter a PIN code), or pairing will not work.
Voice Assistant Headphone Connection
If you are having trouble pairing your headphones or if your device is asking for a PIN, please make sure to check all available BT connections in your device&#39;s settings. Verify that you are connecting to the headphone&#39;s product name that excludes &#39;LE&#39;. The &#39;LE&#39; connection is only intended for voice assistant feature compatible with your headphones. Headphones & Third Party Communication Apps (Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc)
If you are experiencing issues getting the app to communicate with your headphones, (assuming you have already paired the headphones with the device) go into the communication apps audio settings. You will likely find the resolution there. How do I prevent damage to my USB charging sockets for my headphones?
There are several easy ways to prevent damage to your headphones, and please follow the steps below. If the USB port has a cover, please always have it covered, except when charging. Always be sure the USB port and connector are dry before connecting to charge. Do not allow any oils, stains, sweat, or corrosive materials to contact the charging port. It will eventually damage the port. Do not damage or block the USB port. For example, do not force it in if you have trouble inserting the USB connector into the port. Instead, examine the port and remove foreign substances that might be inside or blocking the port. If you need more assistance, please contact the Customer Service team.

If you are experiencing issues with your headphones&#39; Bluetooth disconnecting and reconnecting while on standby, there is a new Firmware Update app to resolve this issue. Start by downloading the app  &quot;JBL Firmware Update&quot; (see links below).Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jbl.tune.updateApp Store: https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/jbl-firmware-update/id1548227663Once downloaded, you can update your headphones firmware from there.  Below you can see step by step images of the update process.
