Yes, you can play game either wired or wirelessly while using USB-C charging cable.  
Why can't your teammates hear you?

Make sure the headset volume control is turned up and your microphone is unmuted. Check that only one voice chat application is in use while in-game. If you're connected to the PC, make sure that the communication device is selected under Control Panel > Sound > Recording. Select the JBL product and select "Set as Default Device". Check on the top bar of the JBL QuantumENGINE whether your headset's game-chat balance dial is set correctly.

The JBL Quantum 910 Wireless headset is compatible via 3.5mm jack with PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Mobile, Mac and VR. You can use the USB connection with PC, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch.
Connect the headset to your PC via the 2.4GHz USB Wireless connection and ensure that you set your Quantum 910 Wireless headset as the default device especially before enabling the JBL QuantumSPATIAL 360 if you haven't installed the QuantumENGINE yet. You can check that the default device is selected under Control Panel > Sound > Playback. Select JBL Quantum 910 Wireless Game, right-click, and select "Set as Default Device" 
You can clean it by wiping it gently with a damp cloth. Take extra care not to let water leak into the speaker chamber, as it will damage the speaker drivers.
You can get the professional sound precision and accuracy with head-tracking enhanced JBL QuantumSPHERE 360™ on your PC while gaining sound immersion with JBL QuantumSPATIAL 360™ on your platform. JBL QuantumSPHERE 360™ is accessed through the USB-C dongle/adaptor on your PC passing through the QuantumENGINE. The JBL QuantumSPATIAL 360™ is accessed on consoles through the USB-C dongle/adaptor works without the JBL QuantumENGINE.
Make sure the volume control on the headset is turned up. Rotate the volume wheel on your headset to increase the volume. If you're connected to the PC via USB, check that the default device is selected under Control Panel > Sound > Playback. Select JBL Quantum 910 Wireless Game, right-click, and select "Set as Default Device".  Check your headset's game audio chat balance dial and ensure that the balance is correct. Check the JBL Quantum 910 Wireless Game device and make sure it is not muted or turned all the way down.
Yes. You can configure the volume of the mic monitoring in JBL QuantumENGINE. The default setting of the mic monitoring is "OFF”.
JBL Quantum ONE and Quantum TWS: How do I clean my headset?
You can clean it by wiping it gently with a damp cloth. Take extra care not to let water leak into the speaker chamber, as it will damage the speaker drivers.
The Game-Chat balance dial only works when your headset is powered on. Please note that it supports connection with a USB Type A to C cable and a wireless transmitter dongle, but doesn’t support connection through a 3.5mm cable or Bluetooth for mobile games.
The Game-Chat balance dial is compatible with PC and Mac, but not with PS4 I 5, Xbox Series X | S, Nintendo Switch or Mobile.
Onboard Adaptive Noise Cancellation is controlled by the multi-function button on the rear of the left ear-cup. The feature is switched on by default, but you can SHORT press the multi function button to toggle from ANC to talk-through. Turn off ANC by long-pressing the multi-function button.
The JBL Quantum 910 Wireless provides QuantumSURROUND via the USB connection on PC. 
Does my JBL Quantum 910 Wireless headset provide game and chat audio balance?
Yes, you can adjust game and chat audio balance by rotating the dial clockwise and counter clockwise. When rotating the dial, you will feel a notch in the dial that indicates that the audio is at 50 in the game and 50 in the chat.
