  • This headphone does not support aptX, aptX HD, aptX Low Latency audio codecs.
  • There are no additional ear tips for the Tune 205BT. These headphones do not feature different size ear tip variations.
  • You have to manually press the home button on your phone to activate SIRI. Once SIRI is activated, you can speak through the headphones to ask SIRI questions.
  • Yes, the microphone allows you to skip tracks and control volume. To skip tracks forward, press and hold the volume + for 3 seconds. To skip tracks backward, press and hold the volume - for 3 seconds.
  • Press volume + and volume - simultaneously for 5 seconds to reset.
    The headphone must be ON while doing this.
  • Make sure that the device you want to connect to is on and in pairing mode. Press and hold the center button on the inline microphone for 3-5 seconds. (We recommend putting one ear tip inside your ear to hear the audio prompt) You should here "powering on.....pairing" as it searches for your device. The Tune 205BT headphone should appear on your discoverable devices and should connect within 2-3 seconds. If you wish to pair to a different device, make sure the last device it was connected to has the bluetooth turned off. Make sure the headphones are off and press and hold the center button between 3-5 seconds or until the audio prompt states that it is "looking for device" You should be able to pair with a different device within 2-3 seconds.
  • • Always have clear line of sight between your Bluetooth device (speaker, headphones etc.) and source device (Smartphone/tablet/PC etc). Be aware of obstacles in front of your devices.

    • Try to shutdown other products that have Bluetooth, but are not being used. They are often the reason for interference even though they are not being used.

    • Do not stand too close to your Wi-Fi router since a Wi-Fi signal is stronger and in many cases will "overlap" the connection.

    • Be aware of walls around you. Concrete and brick walls will often interrupt the signal, as it cannot pass through such thick walls.

    • Bluetooth signals cannot travel through water, which includes the human body. Make sure with wireless headphones to keep your source device and the receiver on the same side of your body.

    • Open spaces such as parks can cause issues for your devices, as open air is "bad" for any Bluetooth signal if it cannot reflect from objects around you.
  • This product does not feature an IPX rating and is not waterproof. Over exposure to water or moisture can result in irreversible damage to this unit.
