How to connect your headphones to the Google Assistant for Android devices
If not pre-installed on your Android device, visit your App store to download the ‘Google Assistant’ App.After you have paired your JBL headphones to your device via Bluetooth, you should receive a pop-up notification (pictured below). Please tap the notification on your device to start the Google Assistant setup. You will now be directed to the Google Assistant App. Step 1   Follow the steps to connect and pair “JBL XXXX-LE” (depends on your model) with your devices.Once set up is complete, you will see the below screen: Step 2 PLEASE NOTE: In order to verbally interact with your Google Assistant via the headphone you must turn on the ‘Spoken Notifications’ in the Google Assistant App. This can be found under: Assistant Devices > Notifications. Alternatively, your JBL headphones can be added to the Google Assistant App manually by adding them as a Bluetooth device if this was not done when first paired. Google Assistant must be selected as your chosen voice assistant in the settings of the My JBL Headphones App also.

True Adaptive NC available on Tour One enables real-time monitoring of exterior surroundings and personal attributes like movement, hair, eyeglasses, and automatic adjustments to the NC performance and EQ.If you don’t prefer the canceling performance's automatic change, you can get a fine-tuned canceling level by choosing “Everyday Mode” in the app.Adaptive Noise Cancelling - available on Tour Pro+ TWS - listens to ambient environmental noises using external and internal mics then creates the inverse phase back to the listener creating the noise “canceling” effect.The headphones also allow the listener to adapt or adjust noise cancellation through features like Ambient Aware and TalkThru.
How to manually activate SilentNow Feature
JBL TOUR ONEPower off Tour One first and hold the ambient aware button on the left earcup for 2 seconds. You can get ANC on without Bluetooth connection, which will save your battery. Once you slide up the button on the right ear cup to power on, Bluetooth connection and music will return to normal.  JBL TOUR PRO+ TWSPress and hold both right and left earbuds on Tour Pro+ TWS for 5 seconds at the same time. You can get ANC on without Bluetooth connection, which will save your battery. Once you press and hold both right and left earbuds for 5 seconds, Bluetooth connection and music will return to normal. 
How to connect your headphones to the Amazon Alexa for Android and iOS devices
Visit the App Store and download the ‘Amazon Alexa’ App.  Click the Plus(+) button on the top right of the screen.Then select ‘Add Device‘.Select headphones from the list and then choose your Headphones from the list of available devices.Follow the rest of the instructions in the Alexa App to complete the setup.
Sweatproof Information (IPX4)
This unit is IPX4 rated, which means that it is sweatproof (suitable for working out) and can withstand water splashes from any direction. However, the unit is not waterproof and should never be submerged in water.
Smart Audio & Video mode feature
By optimizing Bluetooth settings via the app, you can get optimized audio in different scenarios like either listening to music or watching videos.Select between “Normal” to optimize and stabilize the connection even in the busiest areas, “Music mode” to enjoy the best sound quality for music, and “Video mode” to get the best lip-syncing when watching or gaming. 
How to use Amazon Alexa with your headphones

SilentNow and My Alarm Feature
The JBL TOUR range helps you create an ideal world where you can entirely focus on your tasks. With the JBL Tour One and Tour Pro+ TWS, you can get silent moments with SilentNow. Noise Cancelling is activated without Bluetooth, just by pressing a dedicated button on the headphones (or tapping the earbud) or controlling via the My JBL Headphones app. It also helps you save battery time. Or get help in waking up with My Alarm, which allows sleep and wake times to be set and is controlled ​via the My JBL Headphones app. You can set a sleep and wake timer to gradually lower the volume of the headphones for sleep, switch into SilentNow mode for a specific amount of time and then wake you up at a specified time. 
How to Factory Reset True Wireless Stereo Earbuds
Double-tap the button on the right earbud, then on the third tap - press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds (until the unit shuts off). This restores the earbuds to the factory defaults.TWS must be connected to perform the reset, so neither of the earbuds should be off or in the charging case.It also may be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in order to pair again.

How to Perform a Hardware Reset
To perform a hardware reset of your earbuds, press and hold the reset button on the charging case* for more than 5 seconds. This resets the earbuds without restoring the settings to the factory defaults.* LocationLive 300TWS/Live Pro+ TWS: Inside the charging case between the earbuds.Live Free NC+/Reflect Mini NC TWS/Reflect Aero: On the back of the charging case, next to the USB-C port.Club Pro+ TWS: On the bottom of the charging case, next to the USB-C port.
How to use Google Assistant with your headphones
After setting up Google Assistant on your headphones through the My JBL Headphones app, use Google Assistant by pressing & holding the touch panel for 2 seconds on the earbud that you enabled the voice assistant feature on.Press and hold the Action button to begin. Requires pairing with eligible phone and internet connection. For examples of questions and things you can do, visit: https://assistant.google.com/platforms/phones/#headphonesGet your notificationsDouble-tap the Action button.Stop your Google AssistantTouch the Action button.Reply to the message (where available)After receiving a message notification, touch and hold the Action button to respond. TWS Left & Right Not Pairing Together
The two earpieces of your TWS headphones should normally be connected together without issue.  However, if they are no longer paired to each other, please follow these steps, in order. Forget/unpair the headphones on your device.Manually pair the two earpieces together following the "Manual Pairing Left & Right" instructions in your Owner's Manual/Quick Start Guide.Pair the headphones to your device and see if this resolves the problem.If manual pairing does not fix the problem, forget/unpair the headphones on your device again.Initiate a Product Reset to reset the earbud’s Bluetooth connection. Note that RESET will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your headphones with your devices againFollow the Product Reset instructions in your Owner's Manual/Quick Start Guide.Manually pair the 2 buds together again, as you did in step 2.  This additional step is necessary because, by default, the reset procedure does not automatically pair the two ear pieces together, but it does wipe all previous settings and resets the internal processor, so it is necessary to manually pair the two ear pieces together again.Pair the buds to your Source Device.
Trouble accessing the Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa on your Headphone
First, ensure that you have the Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa apps installed on your device, depending on the voice assistant you want to use. Go to your app store to download the intended voice assistant app, then add your headphones as a device in the app if necessary. Finally, enable the intended voice assistant in the settings of the My JBL Headphones app and assign which earbud you want to use to control it. The voice assistant app must be open for it to work correctly. It can be opened from within the My JBL Headphones app by tapping the name of the required voice assistant after you have selected it for use and assigned a gesture to one of your earbuds to control it.
How to switch between voice assistants using the My JBL Headphone app
The voice assistant you select in the initial set-up (pictured below) will be used as the default assistant on your headphones.You can change the default assistant in the ‘My JBL Headphones’ app: Open the My JBL Headphones app on your device.Select the headphones you are connected too.Go to Settings by clicking the symbol in the top right corner.Select Voice Assistant.Now you can select your preferred voice assistant. Your headphones may restart after switching Voice Assistant.
How to Turn off your TWS Headphones
1. Put the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. 2. Press and hold the buttons on both the left and right earbuds for more than 2 seconds. Alternatively, only press and hold one of the buttons to just turn off the left or right earbud as required. 3. Use the Auto-off function via the JBL Headphone app (Only applicable for headphones supported in our JBL Headphone app).
