Press the power button located on the bottom of the Right Ear cup. If this is your first time using the headphones, it should immediately start looking for a device to connect to. Make sure that the device that you are trying to connect to is in pairing mode. The JBL JR300BT should display on your discoverable devices within 2-5 seconds. If the headphones have not successfully connected to the device, press and hold the Bluetooth button located next to the Power button on the Right Ear Cup for 2 seconds. Yes. This headphone has a built in microphone. To answer a call, press the power button which is located on the Left Ear Cup for 1 second. If you wish to hang up the call, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
In most cases when a Computer/PC/Laptop has issues connecting to a Bluetooth device (Portable speaker, Headphones, Active speakers), it's caused by your Computer/PC/Laptop's Bluetooth driver (software).
The driver (software) should support the following Bluetooth protocols, to be able to play music/sound from your Computer/PC/Laptop:
• A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) driver for your Computer/PC/Headphones to transfer music.
• AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) driver to send skip/forward/pause/play music to your device
Always get the latest driver version available for your Computer/PC/Laptop.
To download the correct driver (software), visit the manufacturer's website of your Computer/PC/Laptop. They usually have a "Support/Download" section where you can find the correct driver. Otherwise, we advise you to contact their support.

Press and hold the power button located on the RIGHT ear cup. Make sure that the device is on and in Bluetooth range. If this is the first time connecting the device, it will automatically go into pairing mode. You will notice the LED light alternate between blue and white as it searches for a device to connect to. To reset the headphones, power on the headphones and plug in the USB cable into a USB charger or USB port. Paired mobile devices should disconnect and the led should be constant white. When unplugging the USB cable, the headphones will power off. When manually powering on the headphones, and the last connected mobile phone is not in range, the headphones will revert to Bluetooth Pairing mode ( blue led will blink ) after 5 seconds.Was this helpful?
