Thank you for your feedback!Not able to connect to JBL Portable app using iOS 14 or higherThe JBL Xtreme will no longer appear in the JBL Portable app while using Apple devices with iOS 14 or later installed, due to incompatibility.
You can continue to use the speaker as normal with these devices through Bluetooth or Aux connection, but it will no longer appear in the app.
There are currently no plans to release a new Firmware as the JBL Xtreme has been discontinued.Was this helpful?
