Sometimes, I am not able to connect JBL DRG with my smartphone.

Please check that you have connected your android phone with JBL DRG before. Power off your Android phone and press the JBL DRG BT button to connect to another smartphone. If this is the case, please wait 3 minutes for JBL DRG to setup the Bluetooth connection with a new smartphone. This is because some android phones can’t send a “Disconnect” BT command to JBL DRG during power off, so JBL DRG need to wait until the Link is lost.
