  • Does the Inspire 500/700 feature volume control?
    Yes. The Inspire 500/700 series features a three button microphone that enables you to control the volume.
  • Inspire 700 Headphones: Pairing Information
    To power on the device, place one of the headphones inside your ear and press and hold the center button on the inline mic. You should hear the audible voice stating, “powering on” and a blue blinking light should appear at the top of the inline mic. If this is your first time connecting to a device, it should immediately go into pairing mode. The device should recognize the Inspire 500 Wireless headphone. Once you select that option, the audible voice should state, “connected”. If you are trying to connect to a different device, turn the headphones on and press and hold for 3-5 seconds for the headphones to start searching for a different device. The headphones should appear on your discoverable devices within a few seconds. You should hear the audible voice stating, “powering on….looking for device” You will see the Bluetooth light alternate between red and blue when it is in pairing mode. Once connected the Bluetooth will change to a flashing LED light and the audible voice will state, “connected”.
  • Is the Inspire 500/700 a wireless headphone?
    Yes. The Inspire 500/700 is an in-ear Sport Wireless Headphone.
  • What is the difference between the Inspire 500 and the Inspire 700?
    The only difference between the 500 and 700 series is that the 700 model provides you with a charging case. The features and functionality on the actual headphones themselves are the same.
  • When I try to pair my Inspire 700 to my device, the Inspire 500 is displayed on my discoverable devices. Is this normal?
    What you are experiencing is normal. The Inspire 700 is actually the Inspire 500 headphone but with the added bonus of a charging case.
