  • How to check Firmware Version
    To check the firmware version:
    Press and hold the 'Preset 1' & 'Preset 5' buttons for more than 10 seconds.
  • How to restore Tuner 2 and XL to factory settings
    The reset for the Tuner 2 and Tuner XL is as follows:
    Reset to factory default - Long press Preset 1 & Bluetooth buttons for more than 10 seconds.
  • Tuner XL - DAB Reception Issues
    There is a rare issue causing some DAB radio stations not to be found after performing a scan.
    If you are experiencing this, a firmware update has been released to fix the issue.
    First, please read through the update instructions thoroughly, then proceed with installing the update.

  • What percentage does the battery indicator equal and when should the radio be charged?

    Battery icon shows as full at 90%-100% battery remaining.

    Battery icon shows as 2/3 full at 50%-90% battery remaining.

    Battery icon shows as 1/3 full at 15%-50% battery remaining.

    Battery icon shows as empty and flashing at 5%-15% battery remaining - the product should be charged now.

    The speaker will switch off at 0% battery remaining automatically to preserve the lifespan of the battery.
