We would like you to be happy with your product - so we offer a 30 day evaluation period during which you can return your product.

Before requesting a return, you may read through our support materials and FAQs. If your questions are not answered, please reach out to our experts for personal assistance and troubleshooting.

If you still need to return your product, please follow these steps.

  1. Enter your order number, last name and billing zip code.
  2. Your order will be displayed, and then Order Details
  3. Click Return for Refund and then select the item(s), that you wish to return

Please enter a valid postal code in one of the following formats 'A1A 1AA, AA1A 1AA, A1 1AA, A11 1AA, AA1 1AA, AA11 1AA'

IMPORTANT: Your return shipment is required to have 3 custom invoice copies affixed to the package.
Please carefully follow our instructions in the “Refund Order Confirmation” email that you will receive upon submitting a return for refund request on our website.

All product packaging and all original content must be returned. It is recommended, but not required, to use the same shipping packaging (brown cardboard box) to return your order.
